👉🏻 Last PY class for now..
I haven’t done this pose in about 2 years. Since it’s my last PY class with @yogasamrat we thought that maybe we give it a go.. and this is how it went:
~Me after two kicks: “Just save me!”
~S: “Don’t cry. Last pose of PY.”
~Me after successful attempt: “Yayyy!! 👏🏻 “
This pose is hard enough as it is… and having to wear a mask to do it pushes the difficulty to the next level #hardtobreathe”.
Note: Please have the right teacher to guide you when it comes to deep poses like this. 🙏🏻
