《Animal Flow》
動物流型態的練習，其實有非常多變化。
小空間有小空間的練法，大空間有大空間的練法。
其中
🎯多方向性的轉換
🎯節奏變化
就是兩個我覺得也很重要的練習元素。
在固定式的訓練或是比較限制於瑜伽墊上強調規律的體位法練習，相對比較難涵蓋前面提到的這兩個元素。
另一個有趣的地方就是它的language語言跟call outs口令。
當有了一定的基礎後，可以照著口令序列跟著練習也是很方便的。
細節也會在以後的工作坊跟大家分享。
⚠以下已是進階版再變化的flow，上過課的同學可以選擇學過的小部分練習看看，有點難度哦

可是他只玩美服，美服並不是一個特別強的區域
更何況他的勝率只有51%
我看過他很多影片，確實是很猛，但那只是Montage，不能證明什麼啊
會不會LL Stylish去韓服爬就被其他劫打爆啊
