Nasi🍚
4 cawan basmathi- cuci bersih tak yah rendam
1-2 helai daun bay
2-3 biji cardamom pods
Sebatang kulit kayu manis
2 tbsp garam
Air yang banyak untuk merebus beras
🍟4 biji Kentang
Kupas kulit, beriskan. Potong 4 dan goreng sehingga golden brown. Ketepikan
Sedikit pewarna kuning
2-3 tangkai/ batang Fresh mint
2-3 tangkai/ batang Fresh coriander
Bahan tumis beryani🍃
4 labu bawang besar dimayang nipis
2 ulas bawang putih -ditumbuk lumat**
1 batang kulit kayu manis*
3 biji cardamom pods*
2 biji Cili hijau fresh- jgn dipotong
Garam secukup rasa
1/4 sudu teh Lada hitam**
1/4 sudu teh halia powder**
1/4 sudu teh kunyit powder**
1tbsp #LydiaHoneyhomemademasalaberyanipowder**
2 tbsp plain yogurt**
1 tbsp tomato paste**
2 biji fresh tomato- buang kulit, dadu kasar
1/4 cawan Minyak/ ghee untuk menumis(lydia guna minyak sepenuhnya
Air secukupnya
Gajus/ almonds jika suka untuk taburan
Chopped daun coriander jika suka sebagai taburan
🥄Bahan bertanda** dicampur bersama, gaul sebati
#STEP1
Bersihkan puyoh sepenuhnya dan toskan airnya.
#STEP2
Goreng bawang besar yang dimayang halus sehingga browning, angkat dan ketepikan.
#STEP3
Dalam periuk besar, panaskan minyak/ ghee, (lydia guna lebihan minuak yg goteng bawang jew). Tumiskan bahan bertanda* sehingga terbit bau dan msukkan bahan bertanda** dan teruskan menumis sehingha pecah minyak.
Masukkan fresh tomato dan masak sehingga tomato hancur dan masukkan puyoh masak sehingga browning di kedua bahagian.
Masukkan sedikit air dalam 1/2-3/4 cawan air dan masak sehingga puyoh empuk atau sehingga hampir kering airnya. (Tutup periuk supaya cepat empuk)
Perasakan dengan garam secukup rasa.
Masukkan kentang supaya bersalut rempah dan garam, gaul sedikit dan biarkan 1-2 minit dalam periuk tertutup dengan api yang perlahan.
Biarkan sehingga kering dan hampir pecah minyak.
#STEP4
Sementara menunggu puyoh kering anda boleh terus buat step ni.
Dalam periuk lain, panaskan air sehingga mengelegak (air banyak macam nk rebus pasta), bila mendidih masukkan garam dan rempah biji, tunggu sehingga air boiling sekali lagi dan masukkan basmathi rebuslah beras sehingga 3/4 masak.
Bila beras dah 3/4 masak jadi double saiz, off kan api, tapiskan airnya dan terus masukkan ke dalam periuk yang ada puyoh.
#STEP5(layer)
Dalam periuk, taburkan sedikit bawang goreng add in puyoh yang dah dimasak di dasarnya.
Masukkan 1/2 beras yang 3/4 masak di atas permukaan puyuh dan taburkan sedikit bawang goreng dan setangkai dua daun pudina dan layerkan baki nasi.
Taburkan sedikit bawang goreng .
Masukkan daun pudina dan daun ketumbar, letak setangkai2 kat atas tu ok.
Perlahankan api sekecil yang mungkin.
Add in sedikit pewarna/ saffron ke dalam 1/4 cawan air panas serata tuangkan di tengah permukaan nasi atau pon buat tompok2, jangan dikacau, biarkan jer.
Ambil aluminium foil cover kemas periuk, tutupkan dengan penutup periuk dan tanaklah sehingga nasik masak selenuhnya dalam 10-15 minits.
Bila dah off api biarkan 2-5 minit baru buka penutupnya, keluarkan daun kat atas tu dan telangkupkan ke dalam dulang@ pinggan hidangan anda.
Taburkan gajus/ almonds/ daun corainder.
Sedia untuk dinikmati.

Sesuai dihidangkan dengan maraq vegetable, salad dan timun yogurt.

1 cawan plain yogurt
1-2 biji Japanese cucumber, diparut kasar.
1 tbsp lemon jus
Garam secukup rasa.
1 biji bawang besar small size di cincang halus.
A pinch of dried mints.
Campur semua bahan dalam mangkok dan kacau sehingga sebati.
Sejukkan sebentar dalam peti sejuk baru hidang ngan nasi.

1tbsp fennel seeds
1 star anise/ bunga lawang
* 1/2tsp nut meg powder/ buah pala
2 pcs mace
1 cinnamon stick / kulit kayu manis
8 pcs green cardamom/ buah pelaga hijau
3 pcs black cardamom/ buah pelaga hitam
Salt to taste
Sangai semua bahan sebentar di atas api sehingga berbau harum kecuali bahan bertanda* ketepikan jangan sangai ya.
Biarkan sehingga sejuk seoenuhnya dan blend dalam blender kering sehingga halus/ jika perlu ayak pon tak pe tapi lydia M' maka tak yah mesin dah cukup halus.
Sedia untuk digunakan.
Simpan dalam bekas air tight container.

不论是小家庭和父母在一起,或者是年轻夫妻独自陪伴,一顿圆满丰盛的年夜饭依旧是中国人少不了的仪式感。所以今年我准备的菜没有往年那么多,食材也都是比较家常的,但美味还是绝不打折扣哦。不论你是打算整桌复制,或者是挑选其中几道菜,都能参考看看。

Resepi Ayam Bakar Madu Kuah Pedas
Bahan-bahan (Ayam Bakar Madu)
1 ekor ayam
2 tangkai serai (dicincang)
1 inci halia (dicincang)
1 ulas bawang merah (dicincang)
2 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
2 sb garam
1 sb lada hitam
1 sk serbuk kunyit
1 sk serbuk cili
1 sb sos cili
1 sb sos tiram
1 sb madu
1 batang lobak merah (dipotong)
2 batang saderi (dipotong)
1 biji kentang (dipotong dadu)
2 tangkai rosemary
2 sb minyak jagung
1 biji lemon
10 biji tomato ceri (hiasan)
Bahan-bahan (Kuah Pedas)
2 sb pes cili
3 tangkai cili besar
2 ulas bawang putih
1 biji bawang besar
2 sb gula perang
1 sk garam
1 sk cuka makan
1 sb madu
1 sb tepung jagung + 2 sb air
Cara memasak (Ayam Bakar Madu)
1. Campurkan serai, halia, bawang merah, bawang putih, lada hitam, serbuk kunyit, serbuk cili, sos cili, sos tiram, madu dan garam. Gaul rata dan ketepikan bahan perapan.
2. Keringkan ayam menggunakan tisu dapur. Lumurkan garam, minyak jagung dan bahan perapan ke seluruh bahagian ayam.
3. Susun potongan lobak merah, saderi, kentang dan daun rosemary yang sudah diperasakan dengan garam di tepi ayam.
4. Sumbatkan lemon dan kentang ke dalam ayam.
5. Bakar ayam di dalam ketuhar selama 1 jam pada suhu 230°C.
6. Ayam bakar siap untuk dihidangkan bersama nasi putih dan sos pedas.
Cara memasak (Kuah Pedas)
1. Kisar cili besar, bawang putih dan bawang besar sehingga lumat.
2. Di dalam periuk, masukkan bahan kisar, pes cili dan renehkan sehingga berbuih.
3. Perasakan dengan garam, madu, cuka dan gula perang.
4. Akhir sekali, masukkan larutan tepung jagung dan kacau sehinga pekat.
5. Kuah pedas siap untuk dihidangkan.

Honey Roasted Chicken Hot Sauce Recipe
Ingredients (Honey Roasted Chicken)
1 whole chicken
2 lemongrass (minced)
1 inch ginger (minced)
1 red onion (minced)
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
2 tbsp of salt
1 tbsp of black pepper
1 tsp of turmeric powder
1 tsp of chili powder
1 tbsp of chili sauce
1 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of honey
1 stick carrot (cut)
2 stick celery (cut)
1 potato (diced)
2 stalk rosemary
2 tbsp of corn oil
1 lemon
10 cherry tomatoes (optional)
Ingredients (Hot Sauce)
2 tbsp of chili paste
3 red chilies
2 cloves of garlic
1 whole onion
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp corn flour+2 tbsp of water
Cooking method (Honey Roasted Chicken)
1. Mix well lemongrass, ginger, red onion, garlic, black-pepper, turmeric powder, chili powder, chili sauce, oyster sauce, honey and salt. Combine well the marinade ingredients and set aside.
2. Pat dry the chicken using kitchen tissue. Rub salt, corn oil and marinated ingredients to all parts of the chicken.
3. Arrange and seasoned carrot, celery, potato and rosemary with salt beside the chicken.
4. Stuff the cavity with whole lemon and potatoes.
5. Roast the chicken in the oven for an hour at 230°C.
6. Honey roasted chicken ready to be served with white rice and hot sauce.
Cooking method (Hot Sauce)
1. Blend red chilies together with garlic and onion until fine.
2. In the saucepan, pour in ground ingredients, chili paste and cook to boil and simmer.
3. Season with salt, honey, vinegar and brown sugar.
4. Lastly, pour in corn starch solution and stir until thicken.
5. Hot sauce ready to be served.

☆ Chocolate Protein Smoothie
2 TBS Tropeaka Lean Protein Powder

6 ice cubes / almond milk
250 ml of almond milk
20g of Brazil Nuts
Banana (Optional)
☆ Burrito Bowl:
Beef (Porterhouse, Scotch Fillet, or Rump)
2-3 Tomatoes
1 Large Avocado
Button Squash
Sour Cream (optional)
Cheddar Cheese (optional)
Salad Leaves
1/2 Red Onion
1 Lemon
Corainder
First make pico de gallo. Chop up 2 tomatoes, 1/2 a red onion, some corainder. Mix them in a bowl and squeeze in 1/2 a lemon or 1 lemon.
Mash up your avocado and add the remaining lemon or lime. Your preference.
Chop up the steak into small cubes and fry it over stove with coconut oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Then just mix them all together in a bowl. Use your favourite salad leaves, or vegetables. I've roasted some squash here as well.

1 TSP of Tropeaka Matcha
1 TBS of Tropeaka Vanilla Lean Protein Powder
2 TSP of Tropeaka Ultra Cleanse
Stevia (optional - I use a few drops)
Banana or your favourite fruits (Optional)
1/2 an Avocado
250ml Almond Milk/Coconut Milk

Honestly I just mix everything together. I don't have measurements of this one.
☆ Kale, sweet potato and Roast Chicken
I rarely ever roast my own chicken anymore. I just buy them from the local charcoal chicken store.
I coat my sweet potato with some coconut oil and roast it in the oven for about 15-20 mins in total. Flip the sweet potatoes once.
For kale, i normally stir fry is quickly with some coconut oil and salt so that it's easier to digest.

☆ Matcha Chocolate Truffle
200g of Cacao Butter
28g of Coconut Oil
80ml of coconut Cream
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Stevia/erythritol (To taste - you can add both)
For the coating:
Some matcha powder and erythritol (Swerve) - mix them together.
This is actually quite hard to make.
First melt the cacao butter and coconut oil slowly using a double boiler. Make SURE you don't burn the butter. You'll have to do it VERY slowly. I melt probably about 3/4 of the cacao butter then i chuck all the rest of the ingredients in the food processor and blend them together so that it is like a ganache texture. Not watery, more like creamy! Add your favourite sweetener. You can use coconut sugar, caster sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc. Then pop the mixture into a piping bag or a zip lock bag and squeeze them into an ice cream/ chocolate mold. Then freeze it for about 15 minutes or so, or longer.
Then take it out and let it rest for a while before you coat them!
☆ Prawn + Squash + Salad
I just roast the squash in the oven for about 15 mins. Coated with coconut oil and salt
For the prawns. Just fry it with some coconut oil, some tomato paste, salt, pepper, garlic, ginger and turmeric. Very easy.

☆ Matcha Chia Seed Pudding (SUPER TASTY)
1 tsp of Tropeaka Matcha Powder
30g of Chia Seeds
50ml of Full Coconut Cream
70ml of Almond Milk
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
A few drops of Stevia or Maple Syrup
Let it set in the fridge!
Taste sooooo GOOODDD!!! I love the pudding!
⇨ Day 6-7 recipes are really basic. I get the fatty king fish cuts from our local japanese grocery. Very GUD!
