我最想分享嘅係,做手印時,Citta向Cit敬禮合而為一,並凌駕於三種特性
💜將自我放下，同宇宙合一💜
係冥想常用手印
即係冥想嘅時候冇咗自己，冇咗自我，你是我，我是你。
每一隻手指都有佢嘅意思,有興趣可以睇下：
食指= Citta (自我意識), 都可以解作係Ego
拇指=Cit (世界意識),都可以解作宇宙
另外三隻手指代表三種特性(Gunas)
中指=Sattvic (最純潔)
無名指 = Rajasic
尾指=Tamasic
純潔程度由Sattvic去到Tamasic
Chin Mudra: Citta Bows to the cit and unite with it to transcend the 3 gunas.
Index finger = Citta (Consciousness)
thumb = Cit (Universe)
The other 3 fingers represent the 3 Gunas:
Middle finger = Sattvic
(purity, wisdom and true understanding)
Ring finger =Rajasic
(action, passion and movement)
Little finger =Tamasic
(inertia, lethargy and darkness)
