而且地點很方便從捷運西湖站1號出口走路就能到登山口
山上沿路都沒有商店，水要帶夠
建議手戴健身或騎車防滑手套
因為這裡很多路不是步道
而是很傾斜的岩石
有些地方可以抓著繩子有些地方要抓著石頭
我們也是看到之後才傻眼
因為沒戴手套所以手磨得很痛
但到達山頂剪刀石往下看
是不可思議的壯闊風景
真的很像在峇里島一樣
台灣的山真的好美好美♥️
非常值得來的地方，人也不會很多
這天過得太健康了～

Wat Yuen 屈原, a well-known minister in ancient China, commited suicide in the Miluo River 汨羅江 after a conflict with the King. Local people, who admired Wat Yuen a lot, raced out in their boat, hoping to retrieve his body. They kept beating the drums and throwing rice dumplings on their way to stop fish in the river from eating Wat Yuen’s body. 🚣🏻🚣🏻 Nowadays, Hong Kong people will eat rice dumplings and watch or even participate in the dragon boat races to commemorate Wat Yuen on Dragon Boat festival (𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝟓𝐭𝐡 𝐥𝐮𝐧𝐚𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐡, 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐡 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲!).

This exciting take on zong zi recipe is for the seafood lovers! While not from any specific dialect group, the Seafood Bak Chang recipe features a mouth-watering filling including baby abalone, crab, scallops, hei bi (dried shrimp) and salted egg.
On top of that, you can expect dumplings that are generously flavoured with XO sauce and oyster sauce for an aromatic fragrance that’ll keep you wanting seconds this duanwu festival!

800g Glutinous rice
1½ Pork lard oil
16 pieces Dried scallops
8 cloves Garlic
100g Dried shrimps
16 pieces Baby Abalone
1kg Crab leg meat (inclusive of shell)
16 pieces Salted eggs
100g Shallots (minced)
100g Garlic (minced)
Seasonings:
3 tbsp Light soy sauce
1 tbsp Dark soy sauce
3 tbsp XO sauce
3 tbsp Shaoxing wine
2 tbsp Sesame oil
White Pepper to taste
Wrappings:
32 pieces of bamboo leaves
Cotton strings / Hemp strings
