WE LOVE MUSIC! Music is magical, it can encourages and heals us. Sometimes it can also empower us. We all had good and bad days, how does music accompany with you in those moment?
If you love music, joining us in this 8 days challenge, listen to your body and the music, expressing the feeling of certain type of music on your yoga mat.💕

Day 1: Jazz- Any Hybrid pose ( in a complex harmony, and express it improvisationally)

Day4: Country music- Any twisted pose (we groove into various styles)
Day5: Electronic music- Any powerful pose ( we are empowered with the beats)

This movie I have watched more than 5 times, I really see a part of me like Ms. Solane, I’m eager to win. Although this movie brought a different and broad point of view inside of me.
