最近24hr待在家專心照顧小極光
時鐘上的數字只是數字 不再代表白天或黑夜
時時計算著下一餐要什麼時候餵他 要餵多少量
隨著小極光疑似進入厭奶期
我的睡眠又開始不定時😂
但⋯瑜珈還是要照做的!
趁小極光耍賴不肯喝奶的時候 找他練一下船式

Staying at home more? Great chance to do workouts at home. It’s fun to do workouts with Mae. She can be my additional weight for higher difficulty level, and or a workout partner. She is getting better at doing push-ups and ab exercises every day! 💪

I like to do two workouts sets that I watched on YouTube: ab exercises (1 min each)—leg lifts, Russian twists, rowboats, crunches, scissors, star crunches, bicycle. Full body exercises (4 sets of 10 secs each)—push-ups, burpees, squats, mountain climbers. Still trying to do all with proper form and more fluid movements. Thanks my love @amileekang for inspiring and motivating me to start exercising again. I love the higher energy levels and increased flexibility every day! I’m not taking any protein supplements so feel free to send me some to try if you want—support me in my renewed fitness journey 😹
