💊 Considering when I was a teenager I was on tablets to deal with the alcohol abuse I'd put it through way too early in life, that's pleasing to hear 🙏 Back then I did not have balance.

Even until recently I'm not sure I could claim I did 😥 I'm lucky that the restrictions of my present life mean I work 6am-9pm most days and thus I can't be out drinking until late on the weekdays any more 💤... plus some scary incidents put my previous weekend behaviour into perspective 😦

Alcohol consumption & training is a subject I get asked about tonnes 📖 but balance is also relative. The key outcome is that you've got the right balance of happy and healthy 😉 Never touching a drop may be boring to some, but necessary for a professional athlete who loves what they do and their results from training 💪

Equally, getting smashed every day sounds like fun 🍻 but hospital beds quickly make that fun regrettable 🏥
