心太軟 ($65) Lava Cake

They also have some delicious lava cakes – the Chocolate Lava Cake. Matcha is used as powder and lava.

This is basically a super delicious chocolate dessert! The chocolate taste is just all right and not too overwhelming.

The warm molten half matcha lava and creamy vanilla gelato go perfectly together.

最後一款是心太軟，這款以外皮硬脆、內夾熱古力漿的蛋糕，一刀切下去時，內層的朱古力漿流出，有如火山熔岩般，慢慢流動，既治癒又美味，另外也有雪糕，一冷一熱，完美的配搭。

Matcha Waffle (HKD65)

先講窩夫，整整四大件，送到時依然香脆內軟且有蛋香；加上半融且有淡淡幽香的抹茶雪糕；另有紅豆配襯，三者配搭，口感十足！

Perfumed with Matcha tea fragrance, these 4 pieces of waffles were crisp on the outside, light as a feather inside and so scrumptious! Served with matcha ice-cream and red beans, they were perfectly matched, adding a real punch to the waffles.

雜果乳酪雪冰 ($68)

西瓜，温室瓜，奇異果，香蕉，火龍果，色彩繽紛的水果冰，在頂則有曲奇雪糕，中間有乳酪雪冰。一口水果，一口雪糕，一口雪冰，三者混和，既涼又爽，也有著綿滑口感，正！

Fruit Combo with Ice Cream Snow Ice

We sat there and ate our snow ice and loved this fruit combo with ice cream milk ice - Large proportions and absolutely tasty. Snow ice was dense and creamy, its flavors did not seem artificial or too sweet.

This made me think of a dessert house in Kaohsiung, featured with a unique and distinctive tea fragrance in the snow ice.

(不過令我回想起高雄的阿婆冰 #有陣陣幽香的阿婆冰 ，除了綿滑的口感外，更有著一種獨特的茶香，可謂一食難忘！)
