We all know pain and suffering arises through desire or craving and that to be free of pain we need to cut the bonds of desire.
How to cut the bonds of desire?
All those cravings are mind seeking fulfilment in external things. As long as you are your mind, you are your cravings, wants, needs etc. And from these cravings, you create pain in the now. It still remains in your mind when you don't get what you want. And our mind keep reminding us of that craving or want.
Control what your mind is thinking, don’t let it control you.
