懶人版關東煮啊🍲
唔好以為蕎麥麵汁只係用嚟食冷麵，今次我就用左佢黎整關東煮🤪關東煮個靈魂就係湯底，麵汁以鰹魚乾、醬油、味醂等精製而成，而且無添加味精、人造色素、防腐劑架！再加入自己鍾意食既材料，就做到簡單又好味既關東煮啦😙

2-3人份量
🍲湯底
水 1公升、萬字蕎麥麵汁 3湯匙、昆布 10g、鹽1茶匙、糖1茶匙
🍢配料(可根據個人喜好調整)
白蘿蔔、冬菇、魚餅、竹輪、熟雞蛋、蒟蒻

1️⃣昆布抺淨後，浸30分鐘至軟身，再直接把昆布水加熱，水滾前撈出，切成條狀，打成結備用。
2️⃣加入萬字蕎麥麵汁、鹽、糖。
3️⃣加入白蘿蔔、冬菇、蒟蒻、昆布、熟雞蛋放入鍋中，小火煮40分鐘。
4️⃣加入魚餅、竹輪煮10分鐘，完成！

夏天有時熱到連廚房都唔想入，為左慳時間同輕鬆啲，無火煮食就最岩喇～快捷又開胃，連煮食用具都洗少啲呀🤫
✨牛油果三文魚刺身丼
材料：
牛油果 半個
三文魚 半磅
粟米 半條
青瓜半條
大葉 一枚
車厘茄 五粒
做法：
材料切粒，大葉切碎，蘸上適量萬字魚生壽司醬油
調味：
萬字魚生壽司醬油
專為蘸點壽司及魚生而調配，發酵過程長達4至6 個月，無添加味精、人造色素及防腐劑。 味道較一般醬油淡薄，但又不失鮮甜，鹹甜兩者 之間取得最佳平衡。 無添加味精、人造色素、防腐劑。落少少已經夠晒鮮味，而且小朋友都啱食👍🏻

日日都㷫烚烚🌞個人焫著之餘，胃口都急速銳減🥵 呢個時候就等係最好食返啲冷盤 refresh 吓個人啦～ 今次推介畀大家嘅係呢款牛油果雞肉山藥脆脆冷麵🥑 山藥嚟講用日本產最好：第一夠粗先刨到麵條出嚟，第二刨完唔易變黑，第三日本山藥特別爽脆鮮甜❗
將新鮮山藥刨成長條當冷麵咁食，口感爽脆，清新零負擔😌 再配上萬字蕎麥麵汁，Bigboy 鍾意佢嘅醬油、味醂同鰹魚汁比例平衡，味道濃淡適中，最重要係無味精❌無人造色素❌無防腐劑❌唔使多餘調味都已經可以令到呢個山藥冷麵嘅味道變得非常豐富❗
最後唔少得嘅係個日本蛋黃🟠蛋黃喺度嘅角色除咗增添蛋香之外，最重要係佢會令蕎麥麵汁變得更濃，令麵條更易做到掛汁嘅效果～呢個山藥冷麵夠晒健康又易整，食完仲好消暑添，鍾意嘅話記得Save低食譜啦～
