3 years ago today - my @klscmarathon moment when I did my 10k Personal Best in Malaysia even though I came back 2nd place but Fastest Malaysian!
Clocked a 33:37 min, a 48 seconds behind a Kenyan. It was a great day to be remembered and as for now after fully transition to a Towerrunner, I am so glad that a sub 35 is still under control at least.
*I still remember this was right after two days of racing 5000m (Friday) and 10000m (Saturday) continuously prior to it on Sunday. It was an awesome weekend winning Double Gold and the title of Olahragawan + Fastest Malaysian here with the Personal Best time!
Tomorrow will be another good day to fight for few challenging records especially the last one whereby I have to stair climb one mile up on the climb machine within an hour!
Thank you to all the photographer for taking these photos and share with me on social media! So glad to have all these moments being captured!
Looking forward to improve from time to time and eventually to be the Greatest!
