Being a stay at home mom, there’s never really a break since we work all around the clock. Having a baby on one hand, is another challenge when it comes to getting things done. Lucky that i always have a pack of @MameeNoodlesMY in my drawer which i recreated the dish into an Italianese bowl of springy delicious noodles. This is what i call gourmet quick meal! With Mamee, anything is possible! ​#TiffinStaysHome

Italian Basil Ramen Recipe:
1 packet of Mamee Vegetarian
Chopped Garlic
Tomato Paste
Cherry Tomatoes
Mushroom
Sliced chicken (optional)
Coriander (as Garnish)
Basil

吃的健康是今年我的目標之一，但如果你們最近有看我的影片，就會發現我吃了很多瑞典的巧克力跟不健康的小吃… 我甚至開始長青春痘! 今天我要來喝喝看這家永康錄雞湯，來找回我的健康生活！ 😊😊😊

永康錄的招牌是麻油雞腿湯，麻油的部分非常濃郁，湯頭不會太油，湯裡面的雞肉是台灣在地養殖，而且都是有機的，雞肉的肉質非常軟嫩好吃！

永康錄的滷味很特別，像是十全豆干是用十種草本植物做成，另外他們的飯跟麵線也加入了滴雞精雞跟醃黃瓜!

我也試了滴雞精，這款滴雞精是用自由放養的雞製作而成，熬煮十五個小時，不加其他添加物，滴雞精有助於解決精神疲勞跟改善情绪. 我覺得可以當作一個很好的聖誕禮物送給我父母!

很開心可以來到永康錄雞湯嘗試吃，我已經覺得更有活力了！以前想要吃德國菜或是日本的拉 麵時我常常去永康街，但發現了這家永康錄雞湯後，不但比較便宜也非常健康，接下來的挑戰就是要戒掉美味的瑞典的巧克力… 哈哈哈！ 對於在台灣想要吃得更健康，你們還有什麼建議呢！😊😊

One of my goals for this year is to eat healthy, but if you watch my videos you know that lately I have been eating a lot of chocolate and junk food from Sweden… I have even started to get pimples! I went to Yongkang Role (永康錄雞湯) to try to get my healthy lifestyle back ☺.

Their specialty is Taiwanese Sesame Oil Chicken Soup (麻油雞腿湯). The sesame oil is really rich and the soup is still not greasy. The chicken is very tender aswell, the taste is great and the meat is not dry. The chicken is organic and origins from Taiwan.

Some of the side dishes are really interesting. For example the tofu skin (十全豆干) is made with 10 different kinds of herbs! Another interesting thing is that even the rice (滴雞精雞油拌飯) and noodles (滴雞精雞油麵線) are dripped with chicken essence oil, and is served with pickled cucumber.

I also tried their Chicken Essence (滴雞精), which is made from free ranged chicken, and is slow cooked for 15 hours without additives. Chicken Essence is good to combat mental fatigue and improves the mood. I am thinking of sending this to my parents for christmas!

I was happy to try out Yongkang Role chicken soup and in the evening I already felt more energetic! Actually I often go to yongkang street when I want to have German food or Japanese ramen, but this place is more healthy+cheaper! My challenge now is to stay away from delicious Swedish chocolate and stick to this healthier lifestyle… hahaha. What is your advice to help me eat more healthy in Taiwan? ☺

高松、激辛の汁なし麺！香川県高松市『閻魔大王'Sキッチン』に伺いました。真っ赤な閻魔大王の看板が目を引くこちらは、ラーメンだけでなく青島ビールな白酒など珍しい中国酒をはじめとしたアルコールも楽しめるラーメン店です！普通のラーメンやネギラーメン、チャーハンや唐揚げなどのサイドメニューも揃いますが、今回いただいたのは「激辛まぜ麺」です。数量限定で辛さの度合いが4段階ありますが、イラスト見てると全部が辛そう。。チャレンジしてみましたので早速ご覧ください！

Takamatsu, spicy soupless noodles! We visited "Enma Daiou'S Kitchen" in Takamatsu City, Kagawa Prefecture. The bright red Enma Daiou's sign is eye-catching, and this is a ramen shop where you can enjoy not only ramen but also alcohol such as rare Chinese liquor such as Tsingtao beer white liquor! We also have side menus such as regular ramen, green onion ramen, fried rice and fried chicken, but this time we had "super spicy mixed noodles". There are 4 levels of spiciness in a limited quantity, but looking at the illustrations, all seem to be spicy. .. I tried to challenge it, so please have a look!

女ひとり、ラーメン二郎へ！東京都品川区北品川の『ラーメン二郎品川店』に伺いました。今回は「麺を半分」「野菜マシ」でお願いしています。ラーメン二郎ではトッピングの種類や量を自由にお願いすることができ、店員さんに伝えることを「コール」と呼びます。その方法について、今回はできるだけわかりやすいように説明を入れてみました。ハードルが高いと思われがちですが、自分でも入って注文して食べることができましたので、興味を持っていただいたりチャレンジしてみたいと思っていただければ嬉しいです。それでは早速動画、スタートです！

広島の激辛B級グルメ「激辛つけ麺」辛さにチャレンジ！広島県広島市『唐々亭銀山店』に伺ってきました。以前新天地店に３人でお邪魔しましたが、今回は1人で食べてきました。広島のつけ麺は実は歴史が古く、昭和29年広島市で開店した「新華園」で提供されていた冷麺が現在の広島つけ麺の原型と言われているそうです。唐辛子のピリ辛と大量のゴマを使用した旨辛のダシに冷たく締めた麺を絡めるというシンプルなものですが、これが止まらなくなるほど美味しくて… 今回はその辛さにもチャレンジしてみましたので、早速ご覧ください！

Hiroshima's spicy B-class gourmet "super spicy tsukemen" Challenge the spiciness! I visited "Karakatei Kanayama store" in Hiroshima city, Hiroshima prefecture. I used to visit the Shintenchi store with three people, but this time I ate it alone. Hiroshima tsukemen has a long history, and it is said that the cold noodles offered at "Shinkaen", which opened in Hiroshima City in 1954, are the prototype of the current Hiroshima tsukemen.
