Being a stay at home mom, there’s never really a break since we work all around the clock. Having a baby on one hand, is another challenge when it comes to getting things done. Lucky that i always have a pack of @MameeNoodlesMY in my drawer which i recreated the dish into an Italianese bowl of springy delicious noodles. This is what i call gourmet quick meal! Italian Basil Ramen Recipe:
1 packet of Mamee Vegetarian
Chopped Garlic
Tomato Paste
Cherry Tomatoes
Mushroom
Sliced chicken (optional)
Coriander (as Garnish)
Basil
