呢間係將軍澳天晉嘅酒樓坐落都幾舒服，夜晚去到人流唔算非常多，可以靜靜地食餐飯😌。坐低後先送上前菜，係海苔味嘅果仁，食落真係唔錯。不過茶唔夠香濃🍵，有改善嘅空間。

酒樓做緊特價，每人都可以用優惠價點一客。花膠厚身滑溜，食落充滿膠質❤️，再配上鮑魚汁非常入味😍，應該冇一個女士會抗拒得到，加埋個價錢真係必點🤟🏻。

📍生猛西澳洲龍蝦（上湯焗伊麵底）（$468/1斤4兩）
Braised E-fu Noodles w/ Lobster Meat
🐲 龍蝦伊麵以滿滿嘅上湯芝士汁覆蓋，賣相非常吸引😍。芝士醬汁唔會過杰，味道討好，醬汁仲好掛麵🍜，唔會令人覺得油膩。龍蝦份量唔少亦好滿肉🦞，口感彈牙食落到鮮味，2人分享非常滿足🥰🤟。

📍黑椒蔥爆安格斯牛柳粒（ $138/例）
Stired -fried Tenderloin Cubes w/ Spring Onion & Blsvk Pepper
牛柳粒軟腍，肉質不錯🐃，而且份量唔少。用黑椒爆香，牛肉入味之餘味道非常惹味。配菜有三色椒🫑、香蔥同蓮花梗，配料給滿黑椒味食落香口都幾辣🌶。

📍金獎蝦醬海珊骨（$88/例）
Deep-fried Pork w/ Preserved Shrimp Paste
一客6件，外皮炸得香脆而且充滿蝦醬香，食落啖啖肉🐖，肥瘦相間肉質彈牙嫰滑，非常惹味👍🏻，難關係餐廳嘅首本名菜。

📍水晶鎮江肴肉($52）
Chinkiang Crystal Pork Jelly
肴肉啫喱凍同豬肉相間， 配上麻油同香醋食落口感同味道都唔差，不過略為唔夠酸，未做到好開胃，未算係我哋食過最出色嘅肴肉。

📍雪燕焦糖燉蛋（$48）
Cream Brulee with Gum Tragacanth
燉蛋比較流質，焦糖脆面做得未夠厚，蛋味幾濃🐣，雪燕量多，但冇特別嘅味道，算係有少少失望，有改善嘅空間。

📍乾清棗皇糕（$28/3）
Steamed Layered Puddings w/ Red Dates & Milk
棗皇糕唔講食落以為係椰汁糕😂，其實椰香味幾重🥥但食唔到紅棗味，口感上未夠煙韌，不過整體都係個幾好食嘅甜品。

焦糖布丁做法很簡單，隨隨便便做出來，味道一般不會太難吃。但是想要做出琥珀色澤沒苦味的焦糖，水嫩、沒氣泡氣孔、綿密軟滑的口感，魔鬼都在細節裡。我從冰糖葫蘆裡得到啟發，再做一個流線形的焦糖裝飾花，只是走多一步，看起來很高級的樣子，重點是能吃的，能吃的，能吃的﹗而且好好吃﹗﹗﹗一不小心又成了藝術品~?
我同時製作了原味和奶茶口味﹗
