Check out what he wrote about his experience here at TMT: “On January 1st of this year I woke up at 160kg. This was an increase of 60kg in 5 years and I knew I had to do something drastic to change my lifestyle or I probably wasn’t going to live much longer.
I decided to come to Thailand in February and was committed to getting my weight down and fitness levels up. I started boxing with Sam Bastin @sam_bastin everyday and weight/circuit training with @joyous05 in the evenings.
I’ve trained around the world in many gyms and can honestly say these 2 guys were 2 of the best coaches I’ve had anywhere.
Joys sessions were brutal but fun and always different. I never felt like I did the same thing twice which kept the sessions interesting and, in a weird way fun 😬😬 Even the exercises I hated (Pushing sled & Aerdyne wtffff) Joy found a way to get me through it with her incredible enthusiasm and belief that you can do it even though I’m telling her it’s simply not humanly possible 🤣🤣 I ended up leaving Tiger on April 11 at 135kg which was 20kg lighter than when I got there and I knocked almost a minute of my baseline fitness test. I honestly cannot recommend Joy, Sam or Tiger enough no matter if you are out of shape like I was OR a pro athlete they’ve got something for you. Big up Tiger!”
