並不是正常人能夠承受的
大家要知道
自然健美是一件不容易的事
一年後
她實現了她的願望
甚至奪得公開賽第一名 🥇
這一年相當不容易
經歷三次健身室 lockdown
她仍然不放棄
在家中進行訓練
我亦設計了非一般的訓練計劃
針對 Back, Shoulders & Glutes🍑
她從來沒有埋怨半句
沒有對我說:點解咁辛苦?
咁辛苦為乜?
可唔可以練少啲腳?
事實上
她的strength及condition
比一般男孩子還要好
我們相信努力並沒有白費!
但不要自滿
一個目標完結了
便要定下下一個目標
追求另一個突破

6 Things I Have Learned From Trainer Kenneth Lo’s 12 Weeks Program from Bernice Wong
1️⃣ Consistency - I have learned that consistency is the key to all success. If you don’t build and be consistent towards your goal, you will never get what you want in the end.
2️⃣ Discipline - Works with life. How will you ever have consistency without discipline?
3️⃣ Patience - I am an extremely impatient person and if I don’t see my result right away, I often give up. However, in this sport, the moment you give up everything will go back to where it was. It was hard in the beginning because I could not see anything for the first couple of weeks. As time went by, week after week with consistency, discipline and patience, I was able to see results. That was a reward for me.
4️⃣ Struggles - Through struggles, you are able to learn how to better yourself. Through struggles, you are able to come up with ways to cope with yourself, and through struggles, you are able to learn about yourself in ways that you could never imagine.
5️⃣ Self-love - I think self-love can be looked at in many different ways. Learning to love the struggle has become a form of motivation and self-love for me.
6️⃣ Mindset - Last but not least, mindset. A positive mindset sets the whole tone for the entire day. So even if you are not feeling it, all you have to do is pump yourself up and believe in how awesome you are and JUST GO FOR IT!
