Drunken pigeon, signature dish of Tin Heung Lau. Having this reminds me the story that a foodie friend @drdonaldli shared with me : when he took @chezcalvert to Tin Heung Lau for dinner, this dish inspired @chezcalvert to create his own version of Drunken Pigeon (pic 2) , a delicious and delicate French take on the Chinese classic – Shanghainese dish.
Here is the origin of idea. My dear Daniel, I must say your drunken pigeon has surpassed the original a lot 🙂
