新晉米二星的Tate dining room（主廚Chef Vicky Lau早在2015 年已獲頒「亞洲最佳女主廚」），去年開始用上部份Hermès 的食器。在主廚的美學專業操刀下（她轉行當廚師前是一位平面設計師），整體構圖、配搭行雲流水，很大器很有美感。拍她的菜無法close up只拍食物，要不然看不到構圖的美感。
