1. 蒸香蕉巧克力蛋糕 steamed banana chocolate cake
我們經常買香蕉做奶昔,西西里的天氣和暖,香蕉很快就長滿梅花點,熟到快爛的香蕉正是香蕉蛋糕的最佳食材.. 我用普通的不銹鋼盤取代蛋糕盤,不加泡打粉或小蘇打.. 以下份量的製成品約1000克
材料:
雞蛋 4隻
糖 170克 (我用紅糖)
植物油 170克
鹽 1/8茶匙
香蕉 300克 (重量以去皮為準,約2-3根大超熟的)
中筋麵粉 250克
純巧克力粉 1湯匙 (我用無糖,如果用有糖則減上面列出的糖量)
製法:
1.香蕉去皮,用叉壓成蓉備用。雞蛋和糖放鋼盤內,用叉用力打5-10分鐘。加入植物油和鹽,用湯匙攪勻。加入香蕉蓉,輕力攪勻。逐少加入麵粉,輕力攪勻。最後加巧克力粉,輕力攪勻。
2.準備一大鍋水,裡面放蒸架,大火煮滾後放鋼盤進去,繼續大火蒸45-50分鐘。用叉插進蛋糕表面測試,只要抽出來的叉子沒有蛋糕漿就代表煮熟。熄火,可以享用了!
蒸蛋糕會帶點濕濕的,這是正常現象.. 除了香蕉壓蓉的工序,其他攪拌的工序都在同一個鋼盤內進行,那就可以避免浪費材料了

材料:大粒棉花糖(可配搭朱古力醬、用梳打餅夾著)
做法:用燒烤叉將棉花糖串起,放在火堆或鍋上烤至表面微焦即可。可配搭朱古力醬食用,或者用兩片梳打餅夾著棉花糖及朱古力變成S’more。
香蕉朱古力飛碟
材料:方包、香蕉片、朱古力塊
做法:將方包放在飛碟烤盤中,上面放上香蕉片及朱古力塊,再放上方包,夾起燒至麵包微焦及朱古力溶化即可。
牛油爆谷
材料:爆谷豆、牛油、鹽
做法:鍋內加入爆谷豆及牛油,炒至牛油溶化,蓋上錫紙等待爆谷爆開,取走錫紙,灑上適量鹽即可。
楓糖班戟
材料:班戟預拌粉、楓糖漿
做法:班戟預拌粉加入適量水拌勻,倒在煎鍋上煎至兩面金黃色,淋上適量楓糖漿即可。

Preparation: Place the bread slice onto the sandwich cooker. Top with banana slices and chocolate pieces. Cover with a bread slice. Grill until golden brown and chocolate melted.
Buttered popcorn
Ingredient: popcorn kernels, butter and salt
Preparation: Fry the popcorn kernels and butter on a pan. Once the butter has melted, cover the pan with tin foil and wait for the kernels to pop. Once it is ready, remove the tin foil and sprinkle some salt on top of the popcorn.
Maple syrup pancake
Ingredient: pancake mix, maple syrup
Preparation: Add pancake mix with water and mix well. Pour on the frying pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Drizzle with maple syrup to finish.

egg
Plant-based meat
Onions
Diced carrots
Broccoli
Light soy sauce
Salt
Quinoa
? Spicy vodka wholemeal fusilli with sous vide chicken breast
1 onion, diced
2-3 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
2 cloves of Garlic, peeled
Salt
Pepper
1 can of Tomato paste
Dried Thyme, to taste (optional)
Dried oregano, to taste
Red pepper flakes, to taste
1/3 cup Vodka
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb rigatoni or penne pasta
Parmesan & mozzarella cheese
A knob of butter
Chopped fresh parsley to taste
? Cocoa baked rolled oats
30g rolled oats
7g cocoa powder
1/2 medium banana
2g baking soda
70ml cup milk
A slice of dark chocolate
Bake at 180c for 20 min
