1.鍋子燒熱,加入一點椰子油,倒入一顆全蛋、一顆蛋白、海鹽、黑胡椒打成的蛋液,煎成歐姆嫩蛋包備用
2.兩片黑麥土司烤酥後
3.放上一片紫高麗菜葉
4.放上歐姆蛋包
5.放上一匙無糖花生醬
6.把熟的酪梨去籽去皮切片後
7.放到蛋包上鋪成玫瑰花瓣狀
8.再撒上卡宴辣椒粉和黑胡椒:)
9.即可享用!❤️
