感謝主一直以來默默地帶領我安排了最合適最好的選擇。感謝我身邊的貴人們，也感謝曾經幫過我的貴人們，無論是支持我或看笑話的追蹤者，沒有你們我無法做到也無法堅持下去。
2018年尾經歷了兩場比賽又讓我學習了不少的經驗，一路上的備賽期，跌跌撞撞的事，對家裡毛孩們的責任，感情方面的重創後心裡的不平衡，身邊支持我的真實朋友們，這些寶貴的經歷讓我在心靈上，個性上和健身知識上又有了某層面的醒悟與感觸。
