Freedom : what does this word means to you?
For me, it means I can air my pits by the Aegean Sea as and when I want! 🤣
Jokes aside, as we wish for the world to heal soon and hopefully regain physical & travel freedom, at the same time I’d love to highlight the importance of working on your “emotional freedom”. Being emotional free means you can increase your ability to love by cultivating positive emotions while compassionately witnessing and transforming negative ones.
This journey of achieving emotional freedom is a lifelong one...and I wish you will be able to understand and overcome negative emotions and experience more happiness! But know that you cannot “𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 your way out of negative emotions and have a happily-ever-life”! (𝘢𝘩𝘩𝘩 𝘪𝘧 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘭𝘪𝘧𝘦 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘴 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵!)
