However I wish there will be more and more people appreciate traditional African culture. Don’t forget the roots. 很開心大家來嘗試Afro, 於我而言，我更希望大家能因流行而同等的重視傳統，因為這是根，沒有傳統，哪來流行。如果真愛，請深愛，並且尊重，不要只是因一時流行而消費任何文化。

Afrobeat/Fusion dance style
課程內容
1. 結合非洲傳統與流行的舞蹈元素為主，音樂類型包括非洲各區域的音樂如奈及利亞，南非，剛果，安哥拉，西非等等.....
2. 而自由非行所要傳達的宗旨是自由快樂的跳舞，所以在現階段希望先讓大家能夠感受到非洲音樂及舞蹈的可愛之處，更打破大家對非洲舞的刻板印象！
3. 暖身-基本動作練習-基本動作延伸至排舞，程度目前為不分級。
4. 本課程比較著重下半身的訓練
