Your mischievous character, you brought laughter into our life. This is the last picture that papa has taken of you. Even just last night, you slept with papa on the sofa.

It was really shock for us to see you go. This morning when we saw you, we know that something is really wrong. Mummy hold you till your last breathe.

Papa don’t know what to do, even try to give you CPR to relive you, but it was really too late. Papa did not say anything from that moment onwards, till going to temple to send you off. Tearing non stop even till now.

You were suppose to be the best companion of Jerselle, but now whatever it is... we hope you will be a happy dog up there... running around as much as you want.

*~* Ladies In Black *~*

The black fur beauty behind me was one of the local dog of that area. She was walking beside me till the time I left the place. Probably she liked me because we both were wearing black! So we bonded over colour black. 😉

I was impressed by the street dogs of Bhutan. All were healthy, big, fluffy and their furs looked so shiny as if they were well taken care off. I was very happy about that discovery!

Location: About 30 minutes drive from Paro towards Thimphu city, Tamchog Lhakhang sits across the Paro River. The Lhakhang Dzong is a privately owned temple and approached by an iron chain suspension bridge. The Lhakhang Dzong and the bridge were constructed by a 13th century Tibetan saint Thangthong Gyalpo. The Buddhist saint was also a blacksmith and an architect. Of the many iron chain bridges built, there are only few left which are still used. However, the one I was standing was the duplicate one of the original. In one of my previous post, I have shared a picture of the original iron bridge. I will leave the link of that post in the comment.

About Taisui,
It’s an important thing for lunar year. Every year will have some zodiacs will be offended. It means that it might bring bad luck in this year, then we will go to temple closes to us for securing the Taisui.
For example, in Ox year, this year,
Ox, Dragon, Horse, Sheep and Dog, offending the Taisui.

It’s always something that I will check every year 😆 I would rather believe it to be true than not to.
