話題回到料理,傷心的事莫再提🤫,煙花女義大利麵已經出現在我的版上很多次,可見這道懶人料理有多吸引我,真的家裡有什麼罐頭材料丟進去就好了,洋蔥、蒜頭和我窗台的羅勒、義大利香芹是這道料理僅使用的鮮料,墨魚麵不是用新鮮的墨魚汁,所以牙齒不黑黑,上餐的視覺感受十足,簡單煮也很有主角感😎

Shanghai Hairy Mitten Crab Meat & Tomalley & Roes, with Squid Ink Noodles. 上海大閘蟹肉, 蟹膏拌墨魚汁麵. 這個聽落去比較吸引, 但始終已經到了季節尾.. 麵條不錯, 但係蟹肉蟹膏香味真心不高. 墨魚汁麵條是預期中吃不出墨魚汁香味, 但起碼吃得出有點煙韌度 Taste 6.5/10. 那堆炸蔥也是太過份多了, 我叫的不是在吃 #開洋蔥油拌麵 吧?😛 坦白講我不記得價錢但係大概 HKD 100蚊之上下. 不會說一試無妨, 但以這價錢來講是要平常心.. 起碼人家有點點創意, 只是今次的味道 還差了只少少咁 😊

Sotong Masak Hitam, also known as squid cooked in its own ink. Don't be deceived by the looks of it. It may have the most vibrant of colours but it definitely has a complex robust of flavors.
Stir-fried with a fragrant rempah and balanced out with some tamarind paste, sure makes you coming back from more and coating your lips with the luscious squid ink sauce.

In Singapore, spaghetti can be a versatile ingredient, and with this recipe we recognise that it is even more so with this simple squid ink pasta recipe. This is a relatively simple recipe that can be performed in a little under an hour. Tomato paste, chopped basil, and anchovies were used to give the sauce more body and additional taste. Honey was also used in tossing to balance the saltiness of the anchovies and give the pasta an even profile.
