沖繩黑糖半月燒 Half Moon Dorayaki
材料:-
低筋麵粉........................65g
太古沖繩之味黑糖粉.....40g
牛奶...............................40ml
雞蛋...............................1隻
梳打粉...........................1/2茶匙
餡料:-
甘薯泥.........................120g
忌廉芝士......................60g
太古沖繩之味黑糖粉....30g
鮮忌廉..........................16g
做法:-
1. 忌廉芝士置於室溫放軟與鮮忌廉、太古沖繩黑糖粉、甘薯泥混合,然後用電動打蛋器打至均勻成餡料備用。
2. 將牛奶、雞蛋與太古沖繩黑糖粉混合拌勻。
3. 低筋麵粉與泡打粉過篩加入步驟(2)成麵糊。
4. 熱鍋下麵糊以小火煎熟,加入餡料對摺便可。

I made a giant dorayaki made with Oreos. I made another giant one that was hard to eat. I regret it a little. I will cut it into pieces and eat it steadily with my family.
*recipe*
1.Spread melted unsalted butter on the mold and sprinkle a thin layer of bread flour.Keep it in the refrigerator.
2.Divide 3 boxes of Oreo (54 sheets) into cookies and cream.
3.Put the cookie from (2), 310g of milk and 230g of egg in a blender and mix until smooth.I divided it into two parts because it was a lot.
4.Transfer (3) to a bowl, add 15g of baking powder and mix.
5.Pour (4) into (1).
6.Lower the oven preheated to 180℃ to 170℃ and bake for 15 minutes.
7.After baking, remove from the mold.
8.Whip the cream from (2) with 110g of fresh cream.
9.Put (8) in (7).
10.Place in a tart dish and chill in the refrigerator until the cream and dough are familiar.

オレオを使って作るジャイアントなどら焼き作りました。また食べるのが大変なジャイアントなものを作ってしまった。少し後悔。切り分けて家族で地道に食べます。
*レシピ*
1.溶かし無塩バターを型に塗り、強力粉を薄くはたいておく。冷蔵庫で冷やしておく。
2.オレオ 3箱(54枚)をクッキーとクリームに分ける。
3.ミキサーに(2)のクッキー、牛乳 310g、卵 230gを入れ滑らかになるまで混ぜる。量が多かったので2回に分けました。
4.(3)をボウルに移し、ベーキングパウダー 15gを入れ混ぜる。
5.(1)に流し入れる。
6.180℃に予熱したオーブンを170℃に下げ15分焼く。
7.焼き上がったら、型から取り出す。
8.(2)のクリームに生クリーム 110gを入れホイップする。
9.(7)に(8)を挟む。
10.タルト皿などに入れ、冷蔵庫でクリームと生地がなじむまで冷やす。
11.でけた。「また大きいものを作ってしまった。」(ルパン三世の石川五ェ門で)

Bahan-bahan
4 biji telur
80 gm gula kastor
1 sb esen vanila
180 gm tepung kek
1 sb serbuk penaik
4 sb susu segar
Coklat Nutella (secukupnya)
Cara memasak
1. Pecahkan telur di dalam mangkuk. Campurkan bersama gula kastor dan esen vanila.
2. Pukul seketika sehingga gula larut. Kemudian, ayak tepung kek dan serbuk penaik ke dalam campuran tadi.
3. Masukkan susu segar dan gaul sehingga adunan sebati.
4. Biarkan adunan selama 10 minit sehingga buih-buih kecil terhasil.
5. Sementara itu, panaskan pan pada api sederhana dan tuangkan satu senduk adunan.
6. Biarkan adunan masak seketika hingga keperangan.
7. Terbalikkan supaya permukaan satu lagi masak. Angkat dan ulang step di atas.
8. Sapukan coklat Nutella lalu 'kapitkan' 2 keping pancake dengan kemas.
9. Dorayaki Gebu Berintikan Coklat siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
4 nos eggs
80 gm castor sugar
1 tbsp vanilla essence
180 gm cake flour

4 tbsp of fresh milk
Nutella chocolate (as needed)
Cooking methods
1. Crack eggs in a bowl. Then, mix with castor sugar and vanilla essence.
2. Beat for while until the sugar dissolve. Then, sieve cake flour and baking powder into the mixture.
3. Pour in fresh milk and mix well the batter.
4. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes until small bubbles form.
5. Meanwhile, pre-heat the pan at medium heat and pour one scoop of batter on the pan.
6. Let the batter cook and small bubbles form.
7. Flip the pancake and cook the other side. Remove from heat and repeat the steps.
8. Put the Nutella chocolate at the center and cover the top with another pancake.
9. Neatly glue the edge and Dorayaki With Nutella Filling ready to be served.
