Kek Swiss roll dipotong dan susun dalam bekas
Lapisan 2
1 cawan rata tepung kastad
1/2 cawan gula
1 tin susu cair
1 tin air (sukat guna tin susu cair)
1 tin buah koktel (asingkan buah dan jus)
CARA-CARA:
Satukan semua bahan, kacau hingga kastad sebati dan gula hancur.Kemudian masak atas api yang kecil hingga pekat. Curahkan adunan kastad ke atas lapisan kek. Tabur buah koktel.
Lapisan 3
10 gram Serbuk Agar- Agar
1.2 Liter Air
3/4 Cawan Gula
3-4 titis Pewarna Merah
CARA- CARA:
Satukan semua bahan. Masak atas api hingga Agar- Agar dan Gula hancur.Curahkan ke atas adunan kastad. Simpan dalam peti sejuk sebelum makan.

1 cans of cocktails (separate fruits and juice)
WAYS:
Unite all ingredients, stir it until the castle is mixed and the sugar crushed. Then cook on a small to thick fire. Pour the castle mix on the cake layer. Sprinkle cocktails.
Layer 3
10 grams of Jelly Powder
1.2 Liter of Water
3/4 Cups of Sugar
3-4 drops of Red Dye

RESEPI 3 JENIS COOKIES ALA FAMOUS AMOS
(pakai 1 bancuhan ja dah boleh dapat 3 jenis cookies)
🍪 Bahan A: Kacau Rata
Semua bahan ini hanya perlu dicampurkan sehingga campurannya cantik & sebati.
* 250 gram Butter
* 1 1/4 cawan brown sugar(sis pakai 1 cwn je)
* 1 sudu kecil esen vanila
* 1 biji telur (kalau gred b pakai 2 biji)
Selesai campur bahan A, masukkan pula bahan B seperti bawah.
🍪Tambahkan Bahan B
* 2 1/2 cawan tepung gandum
* 1/2 cawan tepung jagung
* 1 sudu kecil baking powder
* 1 sudu kecil soda bikarbonat
* 6 sudu besar minyak
🍪Bila dah gaul sebati bahagikan kepada 3 adunan..
1) RED VELVET COOKIES
-letak 2 sudu serbuk koko
-letak pewarna merah (letak sampai warna jadi cantik)
-untuk topping kebiasaannya orang letak white choc chip tapi sis pakai almond nips dgn butterscotch chip (pakai yang mana ada je..😅)
2) CALLEBAUT DARK CHOC COOKIES
-yg just tambahkan topping dia ja callebaut dark choc coin tu dgn nestum..
3) CHOCOLATE ALMOND COOKIES
-letak serbuk koko dalam 4 sudu
-letak topping choc chip, almond nips (tambah ja apa2 yg korang suka ok)😉
Seterusnya....
🍪 Sejukkan Adunan
Bila dah menjadi adunan, masukkan ke dalam peti sejuk sekejap dalam 1jam..
Kemudian....
🍪 Sedia Dibakar
Lepas 1 jam, bolehlah keluarkan adunan dan sedia untuk membakar. Adunannya memang lembik sikit ya.
Masa susun atas loyang, jarakkan jauh sikit antara satu sama lain.
🍪Masukkan Dalam Oven
Bakar 25 minit suhu 150 darjah(oven sis) guna api atas bawah atau ikut kepanasan oven masing-masing.

RECIPE OF 3 TYPES OF FAMOUS AMOS COOKIES
(only use 1 mixes can get 3 types of cookies)
🍪 Material A: Stir Up Flat
All these ingredients just need to be mixed until the mix is beautiful & mixed.
* 250 grams of Butter
* 1 1/4 cup brown sugar (I only wear 1 cups)
* 1 small spoons of vanilla esen
* 1 eggs (if grade b wear 2 pieces)
Finished mixed with A material, insert B ingredients as below.
🍪 Add Material B
* 2 1/2 cups of wheat flour
* 1/2 cups of corn flour
* 1 small spoons of baking powder
* 1 small spoons of bicarbonate soda
* 6 tablespoons of oil
🍪 When you're mixed up, divide into 3 mixes..
1) RED VELVET COOKIES
- put 2 spoon of cocoa powder
- put the red dye (put it until the color becomes beautiful)
- for topping usually people put white chocolate chip but sis wear almond nips with butterscotch chip (use whatever you have.. 😅)
2) DARK SHOCK COOKIES CALLEBAUT
- the one who just added his toppings callebaut dark chocolate coin with nestum..
3) CHOCOLATE ALMOND COOKIES
- put cocoa powder in 4 spoon
- put chocolate chip topping, almond nips (add whatever you like ok) 😉
Next....
🍪 Cool down the mix
When it becomes a mix, put it in the fridge for a while in 1 hours..
Then....
🍪 Ready to Burn
After 1 hours, you can remove the mix and be ready to burn. The mix is a little bit of a sissy.
Time to arrange on the brass, distance each other a little longer.
🍪 Put In The Oven
Burn 25 minutes temperature 150 degrees (oven sis) use fire top bottom or follow the heat of the oven.

Resepi Kek Coklat Cheese Kukus Dengan Sukatan Cawan
Bahan-bahan resepi kek coklat cheese kukus mudah:
Bahan A :
1 cawan gula*
1 cawan susu cair*
1 cawan serbuk koko*
1 cawan minyak*
1/2 cawan susu pekat*
Bahan B :
3 biji telur gred A atau 4 biji telur gred B
Bahan C :
1 cawan tepung naik sendiri
Bahan untuk lapisan chesee:
250 gram cream cheese jenama Tortura*
60gram gula kastor*
25 gram tepung gandum*
25 gram susu segar*
1 biji telur gred A
Sebut sahaja resepi kek coklat cheese,terus terbayang dalam kepala kelazatan rasa kek coklat dengan lapisan cheese di tengah-tengah kek yang dikukus sempurna.
Cara penyediaan cream cheese :
#1: Pukul semua bahan yang bertanda kecuali telur sehingga gebu barulah dimasukkan telur dan pukul lagi sampai sebati.Siap untuk dikukus nanti.
Cara-cara penyediaan resepi kek coklat kukus cheese mudah :
#1: Campurkan semua bahan A dan masak atas api kecil.Sentiasa kacau supaya tidak berketul.Bila dah sebati ,tutup api dan biarkan sejuk.
#2: Pukul bahan B sampai kembang dan gebu barulah masukkan bahan A kacau hingga sebati dan seterusnya masukkan pula bahan C.Kacau sampai sebati.
Gunakan loyang segi empat sama contohnya 8×8 inci ataupun bekas plastik kecil.Tiada masalah..Alas permukaan loyang dengan baking paper dan oles dinding loyang dengn marjerin atau sedikit minyak untuk kek coklat cheese senang dikeluarkan nanti.
#3: Tuangkan 1/2 adunan coklat ke dalam loyang dan kukus hingga masak dalam anggaran 20 minit menggunakn api sederhana.
Sebut sahaja resepi kek coklat cheese,terus terbayang dalam kepala kelazatan rasa kek coklat dengan lapisan cheese di tengah-tengah kek yang dikukus sempurna.
Barulah buka penutup dan masukkan adunan creem cheese tadi dan sambung kukus 20 minit lagi sebelum tuang adunan coklat untuk lapisan atas dan sambung kukus selama 30 minit.
#4: Bila dah masak,sejukkan kek barulah diterbalikkan dan dipotong.

5.油を強火にかけて温度を200℃に上げ、(4)を戻し入れて2分ほど揚げる。

Ingredients
for 1 burger
½ lb ground beef (225 g)
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
1 ½ burger buns
1 slice american cheese, sliced
BURGER SAUCE
½ cup mayonnaise (120 g)
1 gherkin, diced
1 teaspoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon white pepper
SALADS
onion, finely diced
lettuce, finely shredded
1 gherkin, thinly sliced
Preparation
Roll half of the beef mince into a ball and pat it down until a finger thick, bigger than palm size patty. Repeat with remaining beef.
Fry both patties with salt and pepper for 2 and a half minutes a side. Add 1 cheese single to one of the patties.
Toast the burger buns on a dry pan on medium heat until one of the sides is golden brown.
Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.
Time to build this bad boy! Spread burger sauce on a bun, sprinkle diced onion, shredded lettuce, place the patty with cheese, place another slice of bun.
Then more sauce, more onion, shredded lettuce, gherkin slices, another patty, and the last slice of bun!

This is a part of our World Sweets series. This time, we are making a celebratory cookie "Polvorón" that is essential for the Christmas season in the Andalusia region of Spain!
This is a white cookie with a texture that melts in your mouth. It is a cute cookie that resembles a white snowball and is perfect as a winter gift.
The recipe for Polvorón is simple, but we also created a wrapping that can be made easily using a paper cup, so please try making this as a small gift!
*Recipe* (makes 32 cookies)
Make the Polvorón
1. Bake 100 grams of all-purpose flour and 50 grams of almond powder in a preheated 150 °C oven. Bake on the lower rack for 10 minutes and then move to the top rack for an additional 5 minutes until fragrant and lightly browned.
2. Place 1. into a bowl and let cool.
3. Add 40 grams of powdered sugar, 1 gram (about 1/2 teaspoon) of cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt and stir to combine.
4. Add 50 grams of vegetable oil and mix.
5. Divide into 32 equal pieces and roll into balls.
6. Bake for 17 minutes in a preheated 160 °C oven.
7. Prepare 60 grams of powdered sugar, and sift a portion of this sugar onto the cookies using a tea strainer. Let the cookies cool. These are soft even right out of the oven, so don't be surprised.
8. Place in a plastic bag while still slightly warm and coat well with the remaining powdered sugar from 7. Let cool completely in the plastic bag and let the sugar set around the cookies.
Make the gift box using a paper cup
1. Make 5 cm cuts from the top of a 205 ml paper cup to create 4 equal parts.
2. Cut off the top edge of the cup.
3. Add alternating horizontal cuts to one pair of opposite sides of the cup.
4. Fold in the opposite pair of the cup without horizontal cuts inwards and cross the horizontal cuts in 3 to close the package.

口の中に入れるとホロッと崩れる食感が楽しい 白いお菓子。白い雪の玉を思わせる そのかわいい姿が冬のプレゼントにピッタリ。
ポルボロンのレシピもシンプルですが、紙コップでできる簡単なラッピングもしてみたのでプチギフトにどうぞ。
*レシピ*(32個)
ポルボロンを作ります
1.薄力粉 100gとアーモンドプードル 50gを150度に予熱したオーブンで空焼きする。下段で10分、その後、上段に移して5分焼き、香ばしくほんのり色がつく程度に焼く。
2.1をボウルに移し、粗熱を取る。
3.粉砂糖 40g、シナモンパウダー 1g(小さじ1/2程度)、塩 ひとつまみを加え混ぜる。
4.サラダ油 50gを入れ混ぜる。
5.32等分にし、丸める。
6.160度に予熱したオーブンで17分焼く。
7.粉砂糖 60gを準備し、一部を茶こしで振りかける。そのまま粗熱が取れるまで冷ます。焼き立てはとても柔らかいのでびっくりしないでね。
8.ほの温かい状態でビニール袋に移し、7の残りの粉砂糖を入れ、たっぷりとまぶしつける。ビニール袋のまま完全に冷まし、粉砂糖を定着させる。
紙コップでギフトボックス作ります
1.容量 205mlの紙コップの上部から5センチ 切り込みを入れる。4等分になるようにする。
2.フチを切り落とす。
3.向かい合った一組に互い違いに3センチほどの切込みを入れる。
4.切り込みのない方の一組を折り込み、3を交差させて とめる。

Juice from a lemon
1/2 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of sugar (recommended to increase to 3 tablespoons)
Some lemon zest
1.5 tablespoons of cornflour
Ingredients for chicken flavoured rice

2 cups rice
2 cups water
1 1/2 tablespoon concentrated chicken stock
4 pandan leaves tied in a knot
20 grams ginger lightly smashed
Method
Wash and rinse rice
Add all ingredients to the rice cooker, mix well and cook as usual.
