從農曆新年開始就忙著防範新型冠狀病毒肺炎,四出撲口罩、消毒用品,要適應因疫情安排的停課和Home office,再加上市民盲搶日用品,大家都感到身心俱疲。中醫理論認為「思傷脾、憂傷肺、恐傷腎」,勿讓擔憂驚恐削弱我們的抵抗力,現在就抽一分鐘時間,按壓穴位,讓自己寧心安神、紓減壓力,冷靜面對逆境。
膻中穴
功效:紓緩心煩情緒、壓力及身心繃緊狀態,有寬胸理氣的功效。
位置:兩乳頭連線的中間「雞心」位
按法:中指指腹按揉膻中穴,感覺酸軟為準。
內關穴
功效:寧心安神、理氣止痛,有益心臟。
位置:前臂掌側,手腕橫紋上2寸(約3隻手指位)
按法:以拇指指腹以陰力按揉。
足三里穴
功效:調理脾胃,補氣化濕,增強免疫力。
位置:位於外膝眼(膝蓋側的凹位)對下4隻手指下的位置。
按法:以中指指腹以陰力按揉。

Since the Chinese New Year, everyone has been busy preventing against coronavirus disease by sourcing face masks and disinfectants from different places. To adapt to the class suspension and home office as well as people going crazy trying to buying daily necessities, you may feel exhausted. Dan Zhong Acupoint
Effects: Relieves irritability, stress and anxiety. Has healing effect of regulating qi
Location: Located midway between nipples.
Method: Apply pressure with your middle finger till you have a feeling of soreness.
Inner Pass (Nei Guan) Point
Effects: Calms the mind, nourishes qi and relieves pain, good for the heart.
Location: Located three finger breadths below the wrist on the inner forearm in between the two tendons
Method: Apply pressure with your thumb pulp softly

紓緩怒氣穴位三寶
近來有很多事情令你感到煩燥不安,甚至憤怒到心中充滿悶氣,無法好好排解?症狀還包括急燥、心煩、胸脅脹痛、頭目脹痛、口苦、咽喉乾、腹脹、腹痛等?從中醫角度來說,這是「善怒」症狀,中醫典籍指出「肝⋯⋯在志為怒,怒傷肝。」説明肝鬱氣滯會出現以上症狀。當你自己或身邊人遇到氣頂事,感到氣行不暢,可以馬上按按以下穴位,疏肝解鬱,紓緩煩躁情緒!
膻中穴
功效:紓緩心煩情緒、壓力及身心繃緊狀態,有寬胸理氣的功效。
位置:兩乳頭連線的中間「雞心」位
按法:中指指腹按揉膻中穴秒,感覺酸軟為準,每日按揉三至五次;五指伸直並攏,用指腹由膻中穴下掃到肚臍,更有助消化。
內關穴
功效:寧神安心、理氣止痛,有益心臟。
位置:前臂掌側,手腕橫紋上2寸(約3隻手指位)
按法:以拇指指腹以陰力按揉約1分鐘
合谷穴
功效:紓緩壓力引致的頭痛等不適症狀。
位置:大拇指與食指虎口處,第一掌骨與第二掌骨間連線的中點。
按法:以拇指指腹以陰力按揉約1分鐘
注意:孕婦不宜按壓此穴位,因為有催生作用。
3 acupoints to release anger
A lot of events recently have been troubling for people, or even be filled with anger and unable to resolve these feelings. You also have symptoms such as irritability, chest pain, head and eyes pain, bitter mouth, dry throat, bloating, abdominal pain. From a Chinese medicine perspective, you are in state where you can be easily angered. Ancient Chinese medicine book mentioned that anger hurts the liver. The liver depression and qi stagnation will lead to above symptoms mentioned. If you or someone you know are angry and feel that the qi cannot flow smoothly, you can press these acupoints to relieve depression!
Dan Zhong Acupoint
Effects: Relieves irritability, stress and anxiety. Has healing effect of regulating qi
Location: Located midway between nipples.
Method: Apply pressure with your middle finger till until you have feeling of soreness. Press for 3-5 times a day. Straighten five finger and pull them together sweeping from this acupoint to belly button to aid digestion.
Inner Pass (Nei Guan) Point
Effects: Calms the mind, nourishes qi and relieves pain, good for the heart.
Location: Located three finger breadths below the wrist on the inner forearm in between the two tendons
Method: Apply pressure with your thumb pulp softly for 1 minute
Union Valley (He Gu) Point
Effects: Alleviates dizziness, headache, bloating and tinnitus
Location: Located between the thumb and index finger, right next to the second metacarpal bone
Method: Apply pressure with your thumb pulp softly for 1 minute
Note: pregnant women should not press this acupoints as it has labour inducing qualities.
