As a teacher/Academician/mentor, nothing is more gratifying than being remembered & invited to celebrate my former students big & momentous achievements in their adult lives i.e. weddings, child birth (cerai is excluded 😜) etc. even after a decade or more since their graduation days.
Today I was very proud and totally elated for being a part of @enghong_lee and his ambitious + creative partners who are enthusiastic for their new business venture’s grand launch of #TeaAroi @teaaroi_official at @sunwayvelocitymall.
Mind you that I was not an easy teacher to deal with but yet again, I have always been included in their dos.
Despite my tough love, I sincerely think that I’ve probably made a memorable & positive impact in their lives, to say the least. For the record, many of them hated me back then but I never regretted it. Nevertheless, those are the ones who still keep a close contact with me till this very day.
