With the help of a swan princess and the team at Mint Events & Soirées, we've figured out another borax-free slime recipe using non-toxic school glue!
👏🙌🎉💪❤️
Borax is generally used as a cleaning agent or ant killer so I really hesitate using or recommending it for play with teeny tinies on a frequent basis even if they don't have skin allergies.
Instead, I would recommend the psyllium husk slime for teeny tinies under 2 and this glue version for over 2 that have stopped mouthing.
Ella Grace had some friends over for a playdate this weekend and making their own slime was such a big hit! She even wanted to make it again today!

BORAX-FREE SLIME
1 cup white or clear PVA school glue
1 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp contact lens solution
1/4 cup glitter (optional)
2-3 drops food coloring (optional)
1. Pour glue into a mixing bowl and stir in food coloring.
2. Add in baking soda and mix thoroughly.
3. Add in glitter if using.
4. Add in contact lens solution and let it slowly come together. Knead well.
***If it's too sticky, you can add a little bit more contact lens solution.
Slime will get harder and tougher the longer it's exposed to air so store in an air tight container when not in use.
