Lobster Astice alla ‘Catalana’ Salad with Tomatoes & Onions, Olive oil, Lemon, etc. One wonders why this Sardinian style Seafood restaurant from Milan 🇮🇹, has both this & a Crema Catalana dessert as their Signatures dishes 🇪🇸🤔. But its history goes back to the 13th Century - during which the ✌🏻Spanish Aragon empire ✌🏻especially from eastern Barcelona/Catalonia side conquested current Sardinia island & controlled it for a few hundred years. This Lobster recipe refers to Catalonia Spain itself but was more a Alghero port Sardinia invented recipe, where they still speak a form of Catalonian language in 21st Century, and using their local famous rock lobsters with Catalonian influence.. this Sardinian beach coast was also called ‘Barceloneta’, ironically just facing the opposite side of the current proper ‘Barceloneta’ in Barcelona.

Food & people is always transitional & migrational, & depends on who is currently controlling which country it seems. Just wish for world peace & us understanding people who are not so stuck up as always and resolve our own indifferences 😥, sometimes we are hypocrites without knowing themselves, the most dangerous thing on Earth just like I did the same 🌍🐼 I have to thank God above us for teaching me this recently, thank you. 🤗 This dish says for 2 people but it is so huge, I recommend it ordered between 4 people, around HKD $880 from memory!
