麺が美味い店！神奈川県平塚市『めん屋もとすけ 平塚店』に伺いました！こちらはつけ麺が看板のお店で丸鶏やもみじなどの動物系と鰹・鯖・煮干しなどの魚介系を使った濃厚なWスープが特徴です。つけ麺の発祥といえば昭和30年に東京「大勝軒」の山岸一雄さんが開発したというのが定説だそうですが、ラーメンとはまた違う魅力があり今や全国的にも定着しています。今回は初めて伺いましたが、こだわりの麺やスープを楽しみに味わってきましたので早速ご覧ください！

A restaurant where noodles are delicious! We visited "Menya Motosuke Hiratsuka" in Hiratsuka City, Kanagawa Prefecture! This is a restaurant with tsukemen as its signature, and features a rich W soup that uses animals such as whole chicken and maple and seafood such as bonito, mackerel, and dried sardines. It is said that the origin of tsukemen is that it was developed by Kazuo Yamagishi of Tokyo "Taishoken" in 1955, but it has a different charm from ramen and is now well established nationwide. This is the first time I've visited, but I've been looking forward to the special noodles and soup, so please have a look!
