2-3 sets of 10-15reps
Rest 20sec - 30sec

Important tips:
1-Chest up and look straight ahead.
2-Keeping the arch in your lower back
3-Bend your hips back until the kettlebell is between and behind your legs
4-Squeeze your glutes to your hips and swing the weight up
5-Don't forget to switch on your core during the exercise.

5ways sit up , V crunch & Alternate V crunch
2-3sets of 10-15reps

Important tips:
1-Lie down with your back flat to the floor
2-Cross your hand in front of your chess
3-For more advanced crunches, put your hand behind your head.
4-Draw your belly button in to the base of your spine.
5-Exhale as you situp, inhale as you lie down.
6-Stretch between sets.
7-Use your abdominal muscles rather than back, leg or neck muscles!
