Worth the wait in the cold! Hehe congrats to @jeffsmedstad on the wonderful establishment and the delicious memories that he helps you build in this mexican inspired restaurant that i personally enjoyed so much! This is how food should be to me...not pretentious, just hearty, filled with warmth and love of the kitchen. Definitely recommend anything on the menu that has "elote" (the name of the cafe) in it... my ultimate favourite... pastel de elote ....a beautiful dessert of Veracruz-style sweet corn cake served with homemade dulce de leche and vanilla bean-agave ice cream!
