#長周末愉快！ 好開心參加咗Dom Pérignon香檳嘅年度聚會Revelations 2021及與酒窖大師Vincent Chaperon會面！🥰🥂率先試咗將於7月推出嘅 #DomPerignon Vintage 2003 - Plenitude 2同埋 將於10月推出嘅Dom Perignon Vintage 2012年。前者經17年先出世，香氣四溢而具層次，帶紅莓、桃駁李、白花、 烤烘、牛油麵包、蜜糖及礦物等味道；後者陳年至少7年，帶花香、柑橘、牛油麵包、礦物及桃駁李等味道，2012年比較集中，相比2008年比較classic， 各有所長，我覺得自己都係鍾意2008年多啲!😆😆🍾🥂🥂

Dom Perignon 2003 - P2 has aged for at least 17 years, aromatic with complexity, with floral, raspberries, apricot, toasty, brioche, honey & mineral notes; the latter one with at least 7 years of aging, with floral, citrus, brioche, mineral and apricot notes, 2012 is more concentrated, 2008 is more classic, they r both great, but I like 2008 more! 😆😆😆🍾🥂🥂
