他們新推出的menu也讓人驚喜不已。最近很流行的Keto Bowl用花椰菜做成“米飯”,鮮嫩多汁的 Teriyaki Australian Beef Poke Bowl,健康爽口的Vietnamese Grilled Chicken salad 和 Sarawak laksa 等等都健康美味。卡路里還超級低呢!

We tried some of the new menu items such as Keto Bowl (cauliflower rice bowl with greens and sunny kampung egg), Teriyaki Australian Beef Poke Bowl (beef was so tender and juicy), Vietnamese Grilled Chicken salad (love this light and refreshing noodles salad), Sarawak laksa and more! It was great to see some of my old favourites such as the nasi lemak wrap, Bangkok salad and quinoa fried rice in the menu too!

2 Layers Onion, String Cheese, 2 Strips Bacon, Flour, Egg, Bread Crumbs
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Add string cheese between 2 layers of onion. Wrap the onion with 2 strips of bacon.
2. Coat it with flour, egg and bread crumbs.
3. Add oil to heated pan and fry the rings until browned.

材料:
麵糰:低筋麵粉 180g,酵母 3g,鹽 3g,砂糖 12g,暖水 100ml,橄欖油 10ml
吉士忌廉:蛋黃 2,砂糖 60g,牛奶 1杯,鷹粟粉 1 tbsp,牛油 5g,雲尼拿精油 2滴
番薯 200g,洋蔥 1/2,煙肉 2,水牛芝士 130g,山核桃 5g,核桃 5g,蜜糖,開心果,糖粉,巴馬臣芝士
做法:
1. 將低筋麵粉,酵母,鹽,砂糖,暖水,橄欖油搓勻,蓋上保鮮紙,發酵30分鐘
2. 用細火將蛋黃,砂糖,牛奶,鷹粟粉,牛油,雲尼拿精油煮至杰身
3. 將番薯壓成蓉,加入吉士忌廉,拌勻
4. 將麵糰壓平薄餅狀,用叉拮窿
5. 加入洋蔥,煙肉,吉士漿,水牛芝士,山核桃,核桃,用180℃焗25分鐘
6. 加上蜜糖,開心果,糖粉,巴馬臣芝士

▪ INGREDIENTS:
- Pizza Dough: 180g Cake Flour, 3g Yeast, 3g Salt, 12g Sugar, 100ml Lukewarm Water, 10ml Olive Oil
- Custard: 2 Egg Yolks, 60g Sugar, 1 Cup Milk, 1 Tbsp Corn Starch, 5g Butter, 2 Drops Vanilla Essence
- 200g Sweet Potato, 2 Strips Bacon, 1/2 Onion, 130g Mozzarella Cheese, 5g Pecan, 5g Walnut, Pistachio, Parmesan Cheese, Powdered Sugar, Honey
▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Dig a groove on 180g of cake flour. Add 3g yeast, 3g salt and 12g of sugar in it. Mix it well. Add 100ml of lukewarm water to make a batter.
2. When it forms a lump, add olive oil and knead the bread again. Cover it with plastic wrap and let it rise at a warm temperature for 30 minutes.
3. Add 2 egg yolks, 60g sugar, 1 cup milk and 1 Tbsp corn starch in a pot. Mix until it turns thick. Add 5g butter with 2 drops of vanilla essence and continue mixing.
4. Mash 200g of steamed sweet potato. Mix it with custard cream. Place the dough on the oven pan. Spread it to make a dough. Make some holes by using a fork.
5. Add 1/2 onion, 2 strips of bacon, sweet potato custard mousse and 130g mozzarella cheese on top of the dough. Add a sprinkle of 5g pecan and 5g walnut. Bake at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
6. Finish off by adding honey, pistachio, powdered sugar and parmesan cheese.

雞蛋 5,砂糖 6 tbsp,熱奶 3 tbsp,即溶咖啡 3 tbsp,中筋麵粉 110g,發粉 1 tsp,油 30ml
棉花糖 150g,朱古力 35g
做法:
1. 將蛋白,砂糖打發
2. 將蛋黃,砂糖打發,與熱奶,即溶咖啡拌勻
3. 加入蛋白霜,中筋麵粉,發粉,油一併拌勻
4. 放在焗爐紙上,用180℃焗15分鐘
5. 加上棉花糖,朱古力,捲起,用180℃焗15分鐘

5 EGG WHITE, 3 Tbsp SUGAR
5 EGG YOLK + 3 Tbsp SUGAR
3 Tbsp INSTANT COFFEE MIX, 3 Tbsp MILK, 110g ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR, 1/2 tsp BAKING POWDER, 30ml COOKING OIL
150g MARSHMALLOW, 35g CHOCOLATE CHIP
1. Whip the egg whites, add sugar and make meringue.
2. Whisk egg yolk with sugar and add hot milk, instant coffee and little bit of meringue. Add sifted all purpose flour and baking powder.
3. Add meringue 1/3 at a time, whisk quickly and add oil.
4.Evenly pour the mixture and bake in 180℃ oven for 13-15 minutes. Let it chill for while.
5. Place melted marshmallow, chocolate chip on cake and wrap around with aluminum foil. Bake another 5 minutes in 180℃ oven.
