最近看到好多人在喝芋泥波波整個很饞
家裡剛好有金山的芋圓王
和薯童謠的冰心紫薯地瓜
決定自製!
結果超級好喝!
料多味美飽足感又很高
作法超簡單
好幸福~~~
我用夏威夷豆奶取代一般鮮奶
熱量直接少一半
還有無糖的萬能芋泥
學起來
以後不用到外面買了
純素的朋友也可以放心享受芋泥波波
表達愛意也超適合
送給他這杯

🤣🤣🤣🤣
材料:
100g芋頭
70g金山冰心紫薯
80g芋圓王的芋圓和地瓜圓
300ml夏威夷豆奶或杏仁奶
零卡甜菊液
先把芋頭蒸熟
拿出冷凍的芋圓、地瓜圓
放入滾水中煮到浮起後
沖冷水備用
紫薯剝皮,和芋頭放入攪拌機中
加入50ml杏仁奶、100ml水(可依喜好調整濃稠度)
最後加入甜菊液
攪拌均勻
杯壁抹上芋泥裝飾
於杯中放入芋泥
芋圓與地瓜圓
夏威夷豆奶
完成!
因為金山芋圓王的芋圓太大一塊
所以我切小塊一點
但還是吸不起來索性用湯匙直接挖
不愧是芋圓王
芋圓和地瓜圓真的好好吃
吃得到芋頭本人
而且不會粉感很重
口感超讚
這一杯我吃得超滿意!

🧋Began taro boba tea
💜Ingredients:
100g taro
70g purple sweet potato
80g taro and sweet potato boba
Macadamia milk 300ml
Ice cubes
Stevia liquid sweetener
⬇️
Steam 150g Taro for 20 minutes
until soft enough to puncture.
Boil until the balls float to surface
Combine cooked sweet potatoes, taro
50ml macadamia milk
100ml water
Stevia liquid sweetener in a food processor blend until smooth
create some purple streaks
with the taro base along the wall of the glass
Add more mashed taro
Put into Taro and sweet balls
Pour into macadamia milk
Taro boba vegan milk is done!
it is really easy to make
No need to buy from the store anymore

北投|溫泉區找素
沒想到在台北也有可以媲美歐州和日本的「溫泉之鄉」-北投,到處都看到地上或水池在冒煙,頓時讓我覺得這個冬天不怎麼冷了 😂
在這溫泉區,離捷運站不遠處有一家小清新日式純素料理的「芽米日子」,超推薦咖哩飯,茄子意外地非常甜,咖哩吃起來馬上聯想到在日本京都的感覺,不會很辣,很合我的胃口!還有「炸蔬菜球」,雖然是炸的,可是還保留著蔬菜鮮味,而且搭配的鷹咀豆泥,超喜歡!
「芽米日子」店面非常可愛乾淨,屬於西式餐飲,有中英日文餐單,還很貼心地提供小玩具給小朋友消磨時間呢!
特別提一下,這次我用了「 找蔬食 Traveggo 卡」除了正餐有九折以外,店家還送了「炸地瓜球」給我們耶,太棒了!快點帶著卡片吃遍台北素食吧~
PS 吃完去泡個溫泉,生活也太美好了吧 ♨️

I didn't expect to have a "hot spring town" in Taiwan, which is comparable to the one in Europe and Japan. You can see a lot of "smoke" on the ground or in the pool everywhere here, I suddenly felt that this winter was not so cold. 😂
In this hot spring area, not far from the MRT station, there is a small fresh Japanese-style vegan restaurant called "Yummy Vegan". I highly recommended the curry rice, eggplant is unexpectedly very sweet, and the curry immediately reminds me of the feeling in Kyoto, Japan. It won't be very spicy, it fits my stomach! There is also a "Falafela", although it is fried, but still retains the fresh taste of vegetables, and with the Homemade Hummus, LOVE it!
"Yummy Vegan" is very cute and clean. It belongs to Western-style cuisine. There are Chinese, English and Japanese menus, and they are very caring which provides small toys for kids to kill time.
Moreover, this time I used the card from "Traveggo". In addition to the 10% discount on the main meal, the owner also gave us a "Fried Sweet Potato Balls", which is delicious!

這麼多年一直住在新界,搬出來住的那年也是,就連在愛爾蘭我也不住首都,寧願住在較少人的地方,所以我是鄉下妹。對於港島這些城市的心臟地帶,既熟悉又陌生,迷路是必然的(是那種看著地圖也會迷路的)。
今次碰巧遇著出省一趟,特地問了素友們灣仔區素食,於是找到了這家 Sprout Cafe HK 小苗子 素食自助餐。店面不大,卻人山人海,最好先預約。店舖走日式清新路線,碗碗碟碟、擺設和裝潢都挺精緻的。食物種類相對較少,加上某幾類食物有蛋奶,變相可以選擇的又少了,但味道卻不錯呢,特別喜愛蕃薯球和冷麵!
我的位置面對著廚房,由於用了透明玻璃做牆身,外面可以很清楚地觀看廚師們料理的過程,很喜歡這種透明感,不自覺地就覺得食物很乾淨、很安全。整體感覺算是不錯,如果有純素甜點會更喜愛~

Also in Ireland, I prefer to live in a place with fewer people instead of the crowded capital, so I am a country girl. For the center of Hong Kong - Hong Kong Island, feeling both familiar and unfamiliar, getting lost is inevitable (even with a map).
This time, I got something to do in Wanchai, so I asked my vegan friends to give me some suggestions, and found a veggie buffet - Sprout Cafe HK 小苗子. The restaurant is not big, but it is crowded with people. It is best to make an appointment first. The restaurant is a fresh, Japanese-style, all the dishes, furnishings and decorations are quite exquisite. There are relatively not many choices of food, plus some kinds of foods have egg & milk, so there are fewer choices as a vegan, but the taste is good, especially the sweet potato balls and cold noodles!
My seat is facing the kitchen. The wall is a transparent glass, you can clearly watch the chef's cooking process outside. I like this kind of transparency, it makes me feel that the food is very clean and safe. The overall experience is good, if there is a vegan dessert will deserve more like ~

Tofu pudding (豆花 Dou Hua) is my favourite Taiwanese snack, and I miss it ever so much in London. Since I learned how to make amazing homemade soy milk (the recipe is here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYXYNJQmxxY&t=37s), I asked myself why not try to make some 豆花?
It was a huge success! If I had known earlier that making 豆花 was easy, I would not have suffered all these years (or bought the super expensive 豆花 in Chinatown😅 )
豆花 is like a super silky, tender, delicate tofu. In Taiwan, we normally have it as a dessert: the sugar syrup is a must and for toppings, you can choose from traditional choices beans, peanuts, taro ... to bubbles (tapioca pearls), taro balls etc...
You can also replace the syrup with soy milk, but I highly recommend you add some warm ginger syrup. It will definitely warm you up in winter!
豆花是我最喜歡的甜點之一,簡單樸實冬夏皆宜。我最喜歡的豆花店是師大附近的鎮江號,跟小時候常駐巷口的一位豆花伯做的豆花(可惜豆花伯已仙逝QQ)
原本從沒想過我會自己做豆花,但某次在亞超瞄到熟石膏粉之後,就熊熊燃起了豆花魂。抱著應該會失敗的心情戰戰兢兢的做了人生第一鍋的豆花,成品卻是成功到差點抱著鍋子痛哭。
趁記憶猶新趕忙做了第二鍋順便拍成影片,這一大鍋豆花後來被聞豆而來的友人獨自吞完半鍋,由此可證品質還算有保障。
我小時候學到的豆腐作法就是使用熟石膏粉,但網路上對石膏粉的評價不一。我個人覺得熟石膏粉做的豆花口感、味道跟洋菜或吉利丁版的是完全不同層次,完全就是記憶中軟軟嫩嫩豆味飄飄的豆花,再搭上薑汁糖水跟珍珠,真的幸福無比。
🎶 準備食材 Ingredients:
1. 新鮮豆漿 Fresh soy milk 1.5L (please do not use the supermarket brands, they taste 100% different. If you can, make your own. If you do not have time, at least buy fresh soy milk from an Asian shop)
2. 熟石膏粉 Gypsum powder 1.5 Tablespoons (中國城購入 I bought it in Chinatown, but you also can buy it online)
3. 地瓜粉/太白粉 Potato starch / sweet potato starch 1.5 Tablespoons
4. 水 Water 75ml
🎶 糖水跟豆花料 Ingredients for syrup and toppings:
1. 糖 Sugar 適量
2. 水 Water 適量
3. Tapioca pearls and others
🎶 工具 Tools:
- 食品用溫度計 Food thermometer
- 乾淨的布 Clean tea towel
🎶 糖水製作方式:
我糖水是先把糖加入一咪咪的水用火煮到焦糖化,等糖變成胡珀色就沖入少許熱水(這步驟小心燙傷),再稍微熬煮一下之後糖水就完成了。我這次加入一點磨碎的薑泥,變成薑汁糖水,配豆花很讚唷!
