神戸の灘区に昔からある
『まるやすラーメン』さん。
びっくりするほど低価格で
過去値上げはあったようですが
それにしてもお安いのです。
味もびっくりで
キムチチャーハンや餃子も頼みましたが美味しい。
油がよく回ったチャーハンは
非常に美味しいです。熱々での提供で冷めにくくさらにお上手。
餃子に関しても美味しい。
価格にびっくりで
醤油ラーメンが450円。
味噌ラーメンをいただきましたがそちらは500円。
スープの面でもですが
醤油の方が美味しく感じました。
お味噌はスープ単体の方が合ってる
味噌ラーメンのスープです。個人的な意見でございますので個人個人の美味しさで判断してくださいね。
私としては
麺が少し合っておらずちょっと残念でしたが、醤油ラーメンを味見するとやはり美味。
醤油があっていたのかも知れませんね。
味噌ラーメンはチャーハンなどオイリーなものとの相性あってこその
美味しさのバランスが伺えます。
味噌はあっさりと薄いので
油気のあるトッピングがとてもよく合うことでしょう。
チャーシューもどちらかというと昔ながらのしっかりとした
ものです。あっさりパサツキが懐かしい赤身。
卓上薬味の幅広く
お店の接客がまたとても丁寧です。
外国人労働者の方も頑張ってらっしゃいますね。
このお店はとても素晴らしく
安価で美味しいものを素早く提供できることとある程度のメニューが豊富であり
こども大歓迎というスタイルは
とても素晴らしいと思います。
何十年か前に一度訪れたことが
ありましたので久しぶりに訪れる機会があってよかったです。
こんなお店こそ
永く続いていただきたいものですね。

また主人に誘われたら
訪れてみたいと思います。
