响盟軍完全撤出阿富汗之後嘅第二日，英國下議院外交委員會就即時召開特別會議，質詢外交大臣Dominic Raab。响成班專注外交嘅議員圍攻之下，出招最狠嘅係外交委員會主席，同屬保守黨嘅Tom Tugendhat，雖然擺明比面留咗手，但已經足以令Dominic Raab醜態盡露，成頭都係血。

一開始就好嚴肅咁問Dominic Raab响上任之後，即係美國同北約宣布撤軍後有無去過阿富汗，或者同鄰國巴基斯坦，緊係無先問啦，Tom Tugendhat就輕輕地一句，咁德國部長响八月尾有巴基斯坦做協調準備，咪係最高成功撤僑嘅北約國囉。先攞一分，Dominic Raab先中一拳。

然後，Tom Tugendhat就問外交大臣到底知唔知實際有幾多英籍人士或者合資格人士同家屬响阿富汗，實數當然唔知啦。「既然唔知，咁依家有幾多人不幸被遺棄咗？」，Dominic Raab就即時啞咗，「 揭文件」。再中多拳。

Tom Tugendhat最後重錘就係讀咗份情報機構响7月22號提交比外交部嘅文件，

"Peace talks have stalled. The US/Nato withdrawal is resulting in rapid Taliban advances. This could lead to fall of cities, collapse of security forces, Taliban return to power, mass displacement and significant humanitarian need. The embassy may need to close if security deteriorates."
（和談已經停止咗，美國同北約嘅撤軍會令塔利班嘅進攻加快，結果城市會淪陷，保安部隊會瓦解，塔利班會重掌政權引發大型移民同人道需要。如果局勢惡化嘅話，大使館有可能要關閉。）

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Some people may see my video titles as click-bait. YouTubers optimise their video's meta data for discovery due to how the algorithm is like. This isn't anything new. Most people who've been watching YouTube for years would understand this. If you're unhappy and get triggered by this, well, this channel isn't for you then. Having said that, it doesn't mean the workout do not work. You will still see results by following a suitable program schedule, watching your diet, being in a deficit or surplus (based on your goals), doing exercises in good form, etc. These are all equally important factors. You're not going to get abs, grow a booty, grow biceps magically from 1 or 2 videos, in 1, 2, 3 or 4 weeks cause everyone is different. I've explain multiple times throughout videos throughout my channel over years that it takes time and lots of factors, so don't take a video title out of context. Targetting fat loss is not scientifically proven. Everyone is different and it takes time.

When doing any home workouts, do take precaution to exercise in a safe environment, and if you need help or you're not seeing results, I suggest seeing a health and fitness professional to give you tailored advice on your exercise form and dietary needs. I am not a medical professional and what I share on my channel are my views and what has worked for myself. Your health and safety is the utmost importance so find out what works for you.
