#SpiritsofHongKong Hong Kong local gin distilling scene is blossoming! Very happy to meet with Dimple & Ivan from Two Moon Distillery! Their passion in Gin is surely “all-in” level! The master distiller managing the “Luna” copper still is Dimple, it’s very unusual to have a female distiller in Hong Kong craft gin scene! Gotta give her a like 👍🏻! With 12 botanicals including local ingredients like mandarin peel, apricot kernels, licorice & more, it’s very aromatic with London Dry Gin style, with aromas including juniper, citrus, dried roses, lemon peel, spices, mandarin peel & pepper notes. It’s elegant & fruity. U can drink it neat or as a gin cocktail. While sipping their gin & tonic, I feel so happy for them that their dream come true! #Cheers!🍸🎉
