What if I told you - you can turn that into something useful and have the most epic opening fuelled by how you are feeling?

When we are anxious, we are running on adrenaline and cortisol - both negative and stress related.
.
I read somewhere though that the chemical reaction of "anxiety' and "excitement" is the SAME or VERY similar in your brain!
.
So, if you succeed in tricking your brain into thinking you are excited instead of anxious, you can use that energy instead to open the show or event with so much passion and "feels" that the rest of the event would be easy as pie (any emcee will tell you that the opening pretty much sets the tone for the rest of the event.)
