Recently I visited Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, its also known as The Jewel of Kuala Lumpur. This “Mosque in a Garden” appears to be floating on water because of the reflection from the marble floor.

With a spectacular mix of Islamic designs and architectural styles from Turkey, India, Iran, Morocco, and Malaysia, all in perfect harmony. The geometric designs, Arabesque patterns, and intricate calligraphy bring beauty to a true work of art.

I finally get to visit the grand Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan during my recent "Raya Getaway Media Trip" arranged by Tourism Malaysia.

Perched on a gentle hill and surrounded by a moat, it is the state mosque situated in the federal capital of Kuala Lumpur.

Featuring a spectacular mix of Islamic designs and architectural styles from Turkey, India, Iran, Morocco, and Malaysia, Masjid Wilayah Persekutuan is one of Malaysia's largest and modern mosques.
