好高興係Whisky Stables 為Tomatin威士忌做威士忌講師,為大家講解呢個自1897年便創立於蘇格蘭Highland區嘅威士忌酒廠，並一齊試咗5款Tomatin威士忌，包括Legacy、12年、14年、18年及Cu Bocan, 配BBQ食物包括烤牛排、鷄翼同薯條等。大家各有所好，有人鍾意18年嘅複雜度，有人鍾意14年嘅優雅，有人鍾意Cu Bocan嘅輕巧泥煤味。我都係比較喜歡帶乾花及紅果香嘅14年！好開心嘅一晚！🥃🥃😀
Very happy to be the speaker for Tomatin whisky at Whisky Stables, sharing this Highland whisky Distillery from Scotland since 1897 to everyone, and tasting 5 Tomatin whiskies together, including Legacy, 12year old, 14 year old, 18 year old & Cu Bocan, and paired with BBQ food including grilled steak, chicken wings and fries. Some guests like the complexity of 18yo more, others like the elegance of 14yo, and some like the peatiness of Cu Bocan. As for me, I like the dried floral and red fruit notes of 14yo! 去咗Tomatin威士忌試酒會，同佢嘅global ambassador了解更多呢個品牌嘅風格，當晚試咗6款威士忌，包括Tomatin Legacy, 12, 14, 同18年，仲有2003年同佢另一個line Cu Bocan。我覺得14年比較女仔d，有焗蘋果、香料、花味，而18年嘅餘韻悠長，帶提子乾、拖肥、烤烘味，好啱慢慢嘆。仲有支2003年100%Boubon桶，好香甜辛辣同好爆。我比較鍾意18年多d。
Attended Tomatin's whisky tasting & learnt more about this distillery & its style fm its global ambassador. Tried 6 whiskies including Tomatin legacy, 12yo, 14yo, 18yo & 2003. I also tried d other line Cu Bocan. I find 14yo more feminine, w baked apple, spices & floral notes. As for 18yo, it has raisin, toffee & toasty notes & long finish. I also tried d 100% bourbon cask 2003, it's very sweet, spicy & pungent. I think I like 18yo more.
