I’m at week 37 with my pregnancy🤰🏻🤰🏻🤰🏻and still feeling great physically. 💪💪 (Photos 📸 taken at wk 30 by @yoursmemory , thank you for capturing these special yoga moments during my pregnancy 🙏🙏🙏) The things that I have enjoyed the most during this time is to rediscover my yoga practice 🧘♀️🧘🧘♂️during pregnancy, to really be in tune with my mind body and soul, and to sometimes be more forgiving towards my body by allowing myself to be more restorative then to always want a strong practice. That being said, I have always wanted to be one of those fit pregnant women who can still do everything. I’ve allowed myself to continue doing sirsasana (headstand) but other than that, I’m trying to remember that I am pregnant now but soon I can continue doing all the asanas I once loved to do. As my husband always says, “it will always be there for you, it’s not going anywhere...” @elajimimehdi
