My book “The River” has been shortlisted for the World Illustration Awards 2019!
It will be exhibited in Somerset House from 11 – 28 July 2019.

先謝謝所有祝我生日快樂的捧油，
相信我們都會心想事成的！
今年對我來說無疑是豐收的一年，
除了即將問世的繪本之外，
甫接獲通知
去年創作的Zine " The River "
入選了今年的英國WIA世界插畫大獎圖書類新秀！
這個作品靈感來自於
2018安溥anpu《煉雲》台北小巨蛋演唱會，
演唱會中，安溥演繹了那些影響了她而為她的歌曲。
她說：
「音樂就是你有共鳴的頻率。
頻率像銀河，音樂是星星，
經過我生命的，都是如今遠方的星星。」
在這個作品裡頭，
我節選了幾首曾在我生命中留下深刻記憶的歌曲，
透過圖像的詮釋，
將它們交織成新的故事。

WIA世界插畫獎是由創立於1973年的英國插畫家協會(The Association of Illustrators，AOI)所舉辦，比賽共分八大類別，分別是：廣告組(Advertising)、圖書組(Books)、童書組(Children's Books)、設計組(Design)、刊物插畫組(Editorial)、公共領域組(Site Specific)、知識插畫組(Research)以及實驗組(Experimental)；其中每個類別又細分為專業組(Professional)和新銳組(New Talent)。
2019年共計有來自全球68個國家，3700件作品參賽，最後在16組類別中選出200件插畫，將於7月11-28日在倫敦Somerset House展出。(by Pic.Nic )
