沒有托福成績怎麼申請入學?
校長面試時隨機抽考列印這道食譜(純文字版): Grilled Eggplant Baba Ganoush,讓我讀了五分鐘文字食譜就現場考試。確認我能跟得上課程才過關。
文字食譜如下(重量不同比例差不多)雖然我沒吃過也沒聽過這道菜,但我還是順利通過考驗了。
有人認為我是國際學生學校加減收,其實你錯了。
不管你是哪裡來,學費都是將近50K美。
其他學生都有相關資歷依然入學進修,Choyce算是2021年才跳進餐飲認證(三月考上中餐,烘焙,西點執照)在全班經驗裡最薄弱,英文也不是母語的中文人,七月中才下定決心申請入學,九月七日壓線從台灣飛回來趕上開學的餐飲新人。
Ingredients
2 pounds Italian eggplant (about 4 medium or 2 large eggplants)
3 cloves garlic (minced)
3 Tablespoons tahini
2 Tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon smoked paprika (plus extra for garnish)
⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 Tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (plus extra for garnish)

Đậu gà là nguồn cung cấp protein siêu chất lượng từ thực vật. So với các loại thực phẩm họ đậu khác như đậu xanh, đậu đen, đậu đỏ,... đậu gà có vị vô cùng đặc biệt. Đậu gà khi nấu chín mềm có vị bùi bùi, ngọt thanh ở hậu vị. Và hơn nữa, ăn đậu gà không hề cảm thấy nhanh ngán. Ai theo chế độ ăn chay, ăn kiêng thì đậu gà là nguyên liệu không nên bỏ lỡ đâu đó
Quinoa (hạt diêm mạch) luôn được khuyên dùng trong thực đơn EAT CLEAN nhờ cung cấp lượng carb tốt, chất xơ dồi dào và có thể thay thế được cơm trắng. 1 bát đậu gà, quinoa, thêm chút bí đỏ vừa ít calo, dễ làm lại hợp túi tiền trong mùa dịch này
NGUYÊN LIỆU
1 Tablespoon dầu ô liu nguyên chất
1 Nhánh lá hương thảo tươi, hoặc 2 teaspoon loại khô
2-3 Nhánh tỏi, băm nhuyễn
1 quả bí ngô nhỏ, gọt vỏ, thái nhỏ
185g Quinoa
470ml nước luộc rau
440g Đậu gà, rửa sạch để ráo
Muối tiêu
Bước 1: Làm nóng dầu ô liu với chảo chống dính. Cho tỏi băm cùng với nhánh hương thảo vào xào cho đến khi tỏi có mùi thơm, khoảng 60 giây. Tiếp đó thêm bí ngô vào xào thêm 2-3 phút, thỉnh thoảng khuấy đều.
Bước 2: Cho quinoa và nước luộc rau vào chảo khuấy đều. Sau đó cho đậu gà lên trên, nếu nước không ngập hết cũng không sao. Tăng nhiệt độ lên cao cho đến khi nước sôi. Sau đó, giảm lửa ở mức vừa – nhỏ, đậy nắp và nấu trong khoảng 20-23 phút.
Bước 3: Tắt bếp và để 5 phút, sau đó mở vung và dùng nĩa tán nhuyễn. Lúc này bạn có thể phủ lên trên với Tahini để tăng hương vị. Món ăn sẽ được bảo quản trong tủ lạnh lên đến 5 ngày. Nếu muốn bạn có thể đông lạnh và rã đông nếu cần trong tối đa 2 tháng.

I love making my own soy milk these days. After each filter of the boiled soy milk, those insoluble parts are the soy pulp that is also known as Okara. I always find it too wasted to throw away the leftover soy pulp or any leftover fruit and vegetable pulp from juicing. So I tried to find ways to use them. This Time I am trying to make hummus with these pulp instead of chickpeas. Oh My, I must tell you, we love it. You must have Tahini for this recipe to make it taste even better. I used to also make my own Tahini from raw sesame. But to make life easier, I am giving you an easier option to try. just buy the ready made Tahini. Tahini or tahina is a Middle Eastern condiment made from toasted ground hulled sesame. Go try it!
Ingredients for 1 medium plate :
. 1 3/4 cups Soy Pulp/Okara
. 1/4 or 1/2 cup lemon juice (I have actually added more than 1/4 cup in the end, as we like sour taste)
. 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
. 2 tbsp chopped garlic or more
. 1 tbsp cumin powder
. 1 pinch of coriander powder
. 2 tbsp Tahini, you can add more
. 1.5 tsp salt or less
To serve :
. Pita bread
. Naan bread
. Carrots
. Celery
. Cucumber
. or spread it on bread
Super easy, healthy, quick and satisfying dip/dish. I have been making this non stop now.
