時間過得特別快，一天下來又累又滿足💦

其實獲益良多的不單是跆拳道面向，
教練們的人生經歷分享也讓人默默被啟發許多。
包含如何英文從零開始到國外當公開賽裁判（根本是拿著選手練習的精神在精進單字），還有鼓勵運動員也要多讀書才能在人生道路上擁有源源不絕的創意等故事。
這才是真正職人精神跟超強女力的結合吧！
能夠堅持對於這項運動技能的熱愛，
再將意志力及自律的態度應用到教學跟生活中，
這樣的女性真的好美❤️
勉勵自己往後也要成為這樣美麗勇敢而優雅的人

老師介紹～～Alex Sanchez
Alex’s Les Mills journey began at the age of 8, when he watched his mother participate in the first ever Spanish BODYCOMBAT™ instructor training. At 14 years old, he followed in her footsteps and went through BODYCOMBAT instructor training himself. From there, his passion for group fitness snowballed as he rose through the ranks of instructor to presenter. He is now a trainer/presenter for BODYCOMBAT, BODYJAM™, LES MILLS TONE™ and SH’BAM™. His skills don’t end there - Alex has extensive training in dance, having studied at numerous acclaimed dance schools, including Broadway Dance Center (New York), Pineapple Dance Studios (London), and Millenium Dance Center (Los Angeles). He is also a black belt 1st Dan in Taekwondo.
For Alex, the mix of weight training, dance and martial arts is the perfect combo. He says the weight training gives him strength and power, and the dance and martial arts provide a fun cardio fix that leaves him feeling flexible and coordinated.
And he’s got the brains to boot – when he’s not teaching classes or training instructors you’ll find Alex working as a software engineer.
Taekwondo is one of the most spectacular martial arts in the world. Why?

Spent the afternoon with our friends Nic Winslow, Kyle Hudson, and Malcolm Johnson from team Trickeratops for a quick tricking and filming session at the Bonniville Salt Flats. We only had around 4-5 hours to film before we lost light. We didn’t really have a plan for this video we really just wanted to hang out with our friends and mess around with our Phantom high speed camera and get some pretty shots in super slow motion. All the slow motion was filmed with the Phantom Veo 640s at 1000-1500 fps. The other shots we’re filmed with the Sony a7sii and Sony a6500. Big thanks to our friend Elias Jessop for helping us with film as well.
