My honest review about AFT Treatment at @StripMalaysia #StripMY ⚡ (AFT is Strip’s updated semi-permanent hair removal version of IPL using their patented Powerpac machine for less pain)

I’ve been going to Strip for more than a year and started the AFT treatment on underarms & Brazilian area. I find that after my 2nd treatment (hair became fine and the amount of hair reduces quite a bit). .

On my 6th treatment, my armpits are basically hair-free 🙌🏼 However, some spots on my Brazilian area needed extra care - I named them “the stubborn cheetah spot” 🙄 degil betul spots ni 😒

9th session onwards, I continued my treatments by alternating the AFT underarms treatment every 2-3 months (maintenance phase) & continue doing the treatment on Brazilian area every month (yeap that stubborn cheetah spots again. Dah rasa macam cek mek tompok! Thank god only I can see it)😅

A year plus had passed. Hair growth at the stubborn cheetah spots reduces a lot! - front & back Brazilian/private areas are basically hair-free. Only few spots close to the 🌸 area needed extra extra love lah, not much but few bulus-bulus manja nampak tak nampak 😅 but overall I’m super happy.

Satisfied with the result & services, I decided to get my upper lip treated. Not that I have moustache but u know lah, being a women kalau boleh nak semua hairless (well at least, me). So far I did 2 treatments & loving the result. Upper lip became brighter 😍

A mini note on my 10th treatment. I experienced mini rash attack on the cheetah spots areas after treatment. Panicked, I did some research online & consulted with Strip rep. Learnt that it can happen and it is quite common, & I just need to inform my therapist to reduce the intensity on my next appointment. .

Now, I just need to get my treatment done every 2-3 month for maintenance. Overall I’m so happy coz 1) I don’t have to shave & be worry free about hair on certain areas, 2) skin on treated areas are much brighter 🙌🏼

Side note,
was pleasantly surprised with my #IPL results with Aishah @bubblegumwax_ over the past few sessions (didn’t expect their new machine to be so effective).
And in my journey from shaving, to waxing, to 1 unpleasant hair removal experience 5 years ago,
am now happy to say that I’m ALMOST permanently hair-free in the right places😁
