วันนี้ รัฐบาลมีประกาศสำคัญเกี่ยวกับวัคซีนโควิด 2 เรื่องค่ะ
(1) ขยายกลุ่ม priority ที่ฉีดได้
(2) ออกแนวทางในการฉีด (guideline)

#1 Priority กลุ่มใหม่

#ผู้มีสิทธิ์ฉีด
- อายุ 30-59 ปี
- นักเรียนอายุ 16 ปีขึ้นไปที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่นอกฮ่องกง
- ผู้ช่วยแม่บ้าน (domestic helper)

#การลงทะเบียน
- วันเริ่มลงทะเบียน: อังคารที่ 16 มีค 64 เวลา 09.00 น.
.
- ช่องทางการลงทะเบียน:
(1) https://booking.covidvaccine.gov.hk/forms/index.jsp - สำหรับศูนย์ฉีดฯ 19 แห่ง และคลีนิคผู้ป่วยนอกของรัฐ 18 แห่ง
(2) ทำการนัดโดยตรง หากต้องการฉีดกับคลีนิคเอกชน (ราว 2,000 แห่ง)

#2 Guideline ในการฉีด
==================
เพื่อช่วยให้แพทย์และผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วย ประเมินผู้ที่ต้องการฉีดวัคซีนของ Sinovac
.
#ไม่อนุญาตให้ฉีด
- เคยแพ้วัคซีนของ SinoVac หรือวัคซีนชนิด inactivated หรือ ส่วนประกอบของวัคซีน Sinovac
- เคยแพ้วัคซีนอย่างรุนแรง เช่น มีอาการภูมิแพ้ฉับพลัน, มีภาวะผิวหนังบวมแบบ angioedema, หายใจลำบาก
- มีอาการทางระบบประสาทอย่างรุนแรง เช่น ประสาทบริเวณไขสันหลักอักเสบ อันจะส่งผลถึงอัมพาตแขนและขา, โรค GBS, โรคปลอกประสาทอักเสบ ฯลฯ
- มีโรคประจำตัวเรื้อรังรุนแรงที่ควบคุมไม่ได้
- สตรีมีครรภ์ หรือ กำลังให้นมบุตร

#ชะลอการฉีด หลังจากอาการควบคุมได้ดีขึ้น
- มีโรคประจำตัวเรื้อรังรุนแรง และยังควบคุมไม่ได้ในระดับน่าพอใจ
- กำลังได้รับการรักษาโรค

#สามารถฉีดได้
- ผู้ไม่ได้อยู่ในข้อจำกัดข้างต้น
- ผู้มีโรคประจำตัวที่อาการคงที่

#อื่นๆ
- ผู้มีอาการหลอดเลือดสมอง (stroke) ควรเลื่อนฉีด 3-6 เดือน จนกว่าจะหายและอาการคงที่
- ผู้ป่วยเบาหวานและความดันโลหิตสูง ให้แพทย์พิจารณาตามแต่ผู้ป่วยแต่ละคน

หมายเหตุ
- ฮ่องกงอนุญาตให้ฉีดวัคซีน Sinovac แก่ผู้มีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไปได้ ซึ่งต่างจากไทย
